00:21Aldo, the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. still prioritizes the price of rice.

00:30According to Malacanang, from P58 per kilo of MSRP rice,

00:35the maximum suggested price was lowered to P45 for the rice that was cut.

00:43He started the implementation of the Agriculture Department on Monday.

00:50This resulted in the continued lowering of the price of rice in the market

00:55and the results of the administration's efforts to lower the price of rice.

01:03MSRP was implemented after President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. approved

01:09the reduction of rice tariffs from 15% to 35% in July 2024.

01:18Since the implementation of MSRP, the price of imported rice has been reduced by P19

01:46distributed P375,000 for the 25 beneficiaries of the Pantawid Panayang Pilipino Program

01:57This is part of the Enhanced Support Services Intervention under 4Ps.

02:05This assistance package will help to expand and strengthen the livelihoods of the beneficiaries.

02:15ALJO is a fish smoking machine, sealing machine, plastic bottles,

02:22and other materials for the production of bagong isda and bagong alamang.

02:28LGU Santa Ana also received P198,000 for the construction of a facility

02:36that will serve the production of fish products.
