00:12At 2 p.m. yesterday, the PMAT, or Medical Assistance Team of the Philippines arrived in Myanmar.
00:19It was followed by the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to the President and Health Secretary Ted Herbosa.
00:27The PMAT was formed by the survivors of the Super Typhoon Yolanda that hit the Eastern Visayas Regional Medical Center in 2013.
00:36Herbosa is united and sympathetic to the government of Myanmar and Thailand,
00:41while hoping that the two countries will recover soon.
