00:00It feels wonderful, I'm thrilled to bits. I was an MBE for 25 years and I thought

00:05that's fine, I'm very happy being an MBE and then this arrived, I said oh goodness me

00:09never had one to put around my neck before. He was well, I said it was nice to

00:12see him back, we were all relieved and he talked about the fact that I'd gone up

00:17in the world. We talked about Dumfries House and the work he does up there, that

00:22amazing development for the King's Foundation, of which I'm an ambassador so

00:26I'm wearing the pin. He's on form, it's fatiguing, it's terribly tiring I think

00:32treatment for cancer and his resilience before he had the problem was

00:39remarkable and his resilience now post-cancer is just astonishing. I know

00:44you know from personal experience what it takes out of you, not myself but

00:48people close to me and he's just astonishing. It feels like you know the

00:52cherry on top of the cake, like this is the Olympics was and then this to be

00:56honoured for this and then all the years that I've done athletics you know I

01:00couldn't be prouder and I'm made up that my family's here to see it too.

01:03We chatted about you know just how long I've been doing it and the taller takes

01:07on the body and you know how you need a good physiotherapist so I'm glad to see him

01:11you know fit and well and back to duties.

01:16The next goals for me are the Tokyo World Championship so unfortunately I

01:21didn't do that good at the previous Olympics which was in Tokyo so I'm going

01:25to go back into the same stadium and hope to make better memories there.
