01:42into the South Africa box this time, a diving header away and that's been missed and El

01:50Nechawi again clips it deep towards the far post and they have the equaliser.

01:56It's Anas Roshdiep who heads past Kierbetswee Maraki, well this has been a frenetic start,

02:04two goals in the opening four minutes with back level at one apiece and they did not

02:09allow their heads to drop, the young pharaohs and Roshdiep attacking the cross as it was

04:41friendly for the young South Africans ahead of this tournament's opener and it is as I suspected

04:47it's gonna be a third goal for Egypt and Hamza Abdelkarim can celebrate finally.

05:00Well they got off to a shocking start Egypt, they have recovered and gone from a strength to

06:15wonder if that might be infused by the two video assistance referees, so it is going to stand the

06:28decision, the penalty being awarded up steps Balocco and he sends Abdelaziz the wrong way

06:36to cut the deficit in half, no problems for either of these teams going forward so far

11:56just seems to have that a little bit of extra time and shifted it back onto his

12:03right foot and how would it pass Omar Abdelaziz, Beloco drew the attention of a couple of defenders

12:16and then picked out Vitboi to his left and turned inside of Adewi, then drilled beyond Abdelaziz,

12:30he's looked at threats throughout but he finally has, just about to make it safe,

12:48that's a difficult one here and Abdelaziz was sold down the river by his defender

12:59and Beloco was caught by the goalkeeper, score of two goals in the first half,

13:10could Abdelaziz perhaps be in further trouble here, surely that's what the

13:24referee is going to have a look at, it is indeed a red card check,

13:29members of the coaching staff and came flying out, Abdelaziz it was definitely reckless and

13:41no doubt that he made contact with Beloco as well, yellow card is rescinded and it's going

13:55to be red for Omar Abdelaziz, he's at the very least going to miss the game on Thursday

14:08against Burkina Faso, you have to feel for him a bit,

14:15it's put into an awkward position by his defender, came out trying to,

14:28Vitboi potentially with a chance to wrap things up, it's deflected behind

14:33and there will still be time for this corner, take a short one

14:39and it's all over, South Africa have prevailed in a seven goal thriller,

14:48first goal came inside the opening 60 seconds, they then trailed by three goals to one,

14:54but hit back with a couple of penalties from there, Beloco

14:58and then a terrific fourth goal from Emil Vitboi, final score here, South Africa four, Egypt three,

15:05so for the first time in five trips to the under 17 Africa

15:11a couple nations, South Africa have won their opening game.
