00:00I remember in grade school, I told the class that I wanted to be a farmer because I loved

00:07the idea of being out in the field, working the land, keeping my hands busy.

00:13I loved the idea of seeing life sprout from the ground and playing a role in it.

00:19And I never really thought much about it because people laughed at me.

00:22Everyone wanted to be a businessman or something of that sort, and I wanted to be a farmer.

00:27But it makes sense.

00:28I'm in conservation today, and the feeling of wanting to create something different stays

00:33with me.

00:34That's one thing I've always wanted to do, just contribute something different, create

00:40something with my own hands.

00:42And in many ways, that's what we're able to do today, have a direction for ourselves and,

00:48you know, just make something a reality, even if it's not yet there.

00:53To be a woman of influence in 2025, you should be a woman who is strong, but also not afraid

01:02to be vulnerable, because now is a world where there's so much uncertainty, there's so much

01:08fear, there's so much anxiety, and we all have to share in that experience, and we all

01:13have to know that it's okay, and that we've gone through it, and that we can learn from

01:18each other's experiences as well.
