00:00My inspiration was the type of night that I'd like to have is, you know, when you have

00:18a glass of fine champagne, you start out smooth and sophisticated, and then by the end of

00:25the evening you're kind of dancing on the tables and letting a bit loose. So, you know,

00:29it really takes the audience on that same sort of journey.

00:32I think one of the types of people that come to our shows aren't necessarily theatre goers.

00:37They're people that want to have a great night out, they'll have a few drinks, they'll see

00:42the show, and really, you know, people, once they see the show, they often come back again

00:47because they want their friends to experience it.

00:52So, I did my, sort of, formal training in China, in Beijing and Wuchao, which is a very

01:01small village. So I was there for around two and a half years. A year and a half of that

01:07I was in complete immersion with no English, no foreigners. It is a real table, so it weighs

01:13around nine kilos, so it would do some pretty severe damage if dropped, but the longer that

01:18you do tricks, you actually get really cramped and you get a lot of, like, your muscles seized.

01:24So it's a lot of training to get the stamina to be able to do it on stage.

01:32This show, really, there's no divide between the performers and the audience. At points

01:37we're literally flying above the audience, spoon-feeding them champagne.

01:43If I had to describe the show in three words, I'd say sophisticated, bold and chaotic.

01:52Unexpected, naughty and unmissable.
