00:02We thought we would get a pretty good offensive game,

00:04and boy, did we yesterday.

00:05100 points for the Duke Blue Devils,

00:0793 for the Arizona Wildcats.

00:09This is sort of what we thought,

00:11because for me, Joe, coming into,

00:12and I like to say the third round, let's just say,

00:14Sweet 16 into the Elite Eight.

00:16No more Cinderella slippers out there,

00:18all power five conferences,

00:19and I really wanted to see if some of the underdogs

00:22not only could win games, but just hang around.

00:25Four games yesterday, two favorites covered,

00:27two underdogs covered.

00:29I figured we'd get at least four and four

00:30in the Sweet 16 into the Elite Eight,

00:32and also the chance to maybe have a five and three,

00:35six and two run here with some of the underdogs

00:37which weren't coming in in those first two rounds.

00:40But yesterday, Duke was just better.

00:41You see the final score.

00:42Yes, you got the cover,

00:44but Duke, as you said, Joe, to open the show,

00:45close to 20-point lead in the second half here.

00:47They basically held them at arm's length

00:50and were able to pick up the victory and move on.

00:52Yeah, and that was the bottom line,

00:54is that that game was really never in doubt

00:57with Duke and Arizona.

01:00I mean, Duke was clearly the better team.

01:02Cooper Flagg kind of just took the ball last night

01:05and just said, enough is enough.

01:08We're not losing this game, and that was the end of that.

01:12So, I mean, you know, he goes in, he drops 30 points,

01:15and whenever they needed a bucket

01:16or they needed a defensive play,

01:18he seems to have been around there.

01:21I mean, how many more alley-oops

01:23are you gonna give up, Arizona,

01:25with the one-handed slams?

01:27It's like, come on, you gotta be kidding me.

01:29But listen, we knew Duke.

01:32I didn't think Arizona was gonna be the team to beat Duke.

01:35I thought if anybody's gonna take Duke down

01:37on that side of the bracket,

01:39Alabama poses the greatest risk

01:42for the Duke Blue Devils here.

01:44It's the matchup we're going to get,

01:46but Arizona made it interesting.

01:47I don't know necessarily.

01:49It felt like Duke did take their foot off the gas

01:53a little bit late in that game,

01:55and that's why it got as close as it did.

01:57But Duke is the best free-throw shooting team

01:59left in the tournament right now,

02:02and you saw that last night

02:04because Arizona kept trying to get back into it,

02:07but every time they did, they kept making their free throws,

02:09and that was the end of it.
