03:31Well, I think it's really, frankly, I think it's very unfair.

03:34Because there is a lot of pressure on that woman, on that person.

03:38And tell me, honestly, when anyone in an office takes, you know, leave

03:43and goes on maternity leave and comes back after two months.

03:46Are they making a comeback in the office?

03:48Is it like, oh, you know, Priya is, you know, making a comeback.

03:55I think for us, as actors and people in the film industry,

03:58it is a lot of pressure.

04:00And I feel, in a way, an unfair pressure.

04:02You know, we're like any, you know, any woman out there who's, you know, going on baby leave and comeback.

04:55There's so much awareness out there.

04:57Everybody's worried about getting old.

05:00At 20, I think, I was really like, I was, I mean, I was flying, remember?

05:05I was enjoying my 20s.

05:06I want to tell all these women out there that if I may say so,

05:09if you see, especially me in my 20s,

05:12I feel I look much better or more better groomed today than I looked in my 20s.

05:18Please don't feel like that.

05:19As women, I think we doubt ourselves a lot.

05:23Women are always, you know, I mean, of course, probably, you know,

05:25because of the pressures or whatever, but especially after a certain age,

05:28women are always, you know, like, how am I looking?

05:34You know, don't feel like that.

05:36We should all learn to age gracefully.
