00:00When we tried to run away, I was shot in the right leg by the KASAB bullet.
00:24On the night of 26 November 2008,
00:26I, my family, my father, my brother and I, all three of us were going to Pune to meet my elder brother.
00:32We had gone to CHT from Bandra.
00:34We went to CHT and sat in front of the 12-ton truck.
00:36At that time, my brother said, I need to go to the toilet.
00:38As soon as he went to the toilet, there was a gunfight and a bomb explosion.
00:41When we tried to run away, I was shot in the right leg by the KASAB bullet.
00:44I fell down and fainted.
00:45But before I fainted, I saw that terrorist there.
00:48There, in front of my eyes, a lot of corpses were falling.
00:50Someone was shot in the hand, someone on the leg, someone on the head, someone on the stomach.
00:54I couldn't understand what was happening there.
00:57I saw a man with a big gun.
00:59He was shooting blindly.
01:01It felt like he was getting happiness by killing us.
01:20I asked him, are you ready to come to the court and testify?
01:22He said yes.
01:23My father had seen both the terrorists.
01:25I had seen the KASAB.
01:26On 15th June, my father and I went to the court and testified.
01:34I was honoured.
01:35I have been awarded many awards.
01:37I have been on many shows.
01:39But I haven't got the support that I wanted from my government.
01:47People said, give us this much rent, or you can adjust somewhere else.
01:51Who will keep you?
01:52Who will hire clerics for you?
01:54If you stay, the terrorists will come.
01:56So, people's behaviour had changed a lot.
02:08The government had promised me that I would have a house to live in.
02:12They would support me in my studies.
02:15But they haven't done it yet.
02:16I have met politicians, officially, in the media, on many channels.
02:21We have talked to each other, that we will do it for you.
02:24We will support you.
02:25But they don't.
02:26They just say it and leave.
02:28So, I feel very bad about these things.
02:30Don't put salt on wounds.
02:32If you can't apply medicine, don't even sprinkle salt.
02:35I want to become an IPS officer.
02:52I want to do something for my country by studying.
02:54I want to end all terrorism.
