00:05Moody's Analytics. Economist Sarah Tan indicated that the Philippine economy is expected to

00:10grow by 5.9 percent in 2025, up from 5.6 percent in 2024. The country's strong economy is due

00:18to the fact that Filipinos spend a lot on goods and services which help businesses grow.

00:23Although the growth rate is a little lower than the government's target, it will still

00:27be the strongest in three years, with an expected growth rate of 5.8 percent in 2026.
