00:00I just want to send out prayers to the, to the ones that was lost last night.
00:18I'm honestly just devastated.
00:21We've been working closely with everyone to just try to get to the bottom of this.
00:35What caused the surge?
00:37We don't know, but we will find out.
00:39And is there anything criminal?
00:43We've heard rumors of people injecting some people of drugs.
01:29Suddenly, we had several people down on the ground experience some type of cardiac arrest
01:38or some type of medical episode.
01:42And so we immediately started doing CPR and moving people right then.
01:52I was seeing two bodies laying down right behind me.
01:56And the whole time I was just thinking that they were passed out.
02:00And then once the security guard was just right next to me talking to another security
02:04guard saying that he didn't have a pulse, that's when I was just in complete shock.
02:17Over 300 patients were treated at the, at the field hospital that was out, that was
02:22set up out here at this, at this location.
02:51My brother was lying on the ground.
02:54They were chanting to stop the event.
02:56Nobody stopped the event.
02:58Music producers, security, everybody, I was there.
03:04I lost my brother because of it.
03:15We do have a report of a security officer, according to the medical staff that was out
03:20and treated him last night, that he was reaching over to restrain or grab a citizen and he
03:27felt a prick in his neck.
03:30When he was examined, he went unconscious.
03:34They administered Narcan.
03:36He was revived and the medical staff did notice a prick that was similar to a prick that you
03:45would get if somebody's trying to inject.
03:54This is not something you would expect to be doing after, after going to a festival,
03:59going to a memorial for the people that died in this festival.
