04:54then it is Allah's decree.

04:56So it is from Allah's side.

04:57But Allah speaks to His Prophets,

04:59and to His Messengers.

05:01In the form of revelation,

05:03or in the form of the veil,

05:04those forms are present.

05:06In the Holy Quran.

05:08can you serve a Hafiz with the money of Ushur?

05:11If that Hafiz is a Sharif Fakir,

05:13then you can serve him.

05:16then not through Zakat and Ushur,

05:25or Fitrah.
