00:19My view, Walsh and Higgs should go,

00:23but I think Trump has the responsibility as president

00:26to step up and assert the need for accountability.

00:32into just how detailed these messages were?

00:36Probably not, but the question is,

00:38why did he appoint somebody like Higgseth,

00:41who clearly is not up to the job?

00:44That's his responsibility.

00:46Do you think Higgseth broke the law?

00:48I don't know.

00:50These disclosures are absolutely bone-chilling.

00:54They are clearly a betrayal of trust,

00:58requiring an immediate resignation.

01:01There's no sugarcoating this situation.

01:07It is a breakdown of security

01:10that put our pilots in the most severe jeopardy.

01:17And even after the mission was complete,

01:21disclosure of these kinds of details

01:24puts our military men and women at risk

01:26because it shows the kinds of planes,

01:29munitions, targets, timing,

01:33that all could be highly valuable to our enemies

01:38in future missions.

01:43I think they intentionally misled Congress

01:46into trying to believe

01:48that this was some casual conversation.

01:51This is a war plan, and American lives were at risk,

01:54and we should deal with it in that seriousness.
