A heightened police presence marked Jalan Masjid India, where Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim was set to officiate the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a mosque on Thursday.
The ceremony follows the relocation of the Dewi Sri Pathra Kaliamman Temple 50m away following negotiations with DBKL on March 24.
