00:28following the Justin Baldoni Blake Lively thing bro Blake Lively talk about

00:31ruin your reputation and Ryan Reynolds yeah Ryan's trying to get out of it now

00:35yeah get out of the lawsuit and they're like you are a key part of this this is

00:38what you get though this is what you get trying to ruin a guy's livelihood by by

00:44using the me too movement because they were trying to take over the movie yeah

00:46they were trying to take over the movie and the whole franchise he posted the

00:49receipts he's like oh remember our tech exchange how about she told him to cut

00:54you know to come into the dressing room while she was breastfeeding the fun and

00:58then part of the complaint was that he came into the dress room while I was

01:01breastfeeding like you literally have a text exchange back and forth they just

01:05never thought that anybody was gonna come out with the receipts cuz no one's

01:08ever done it cuz everyone you just bounce everyone's scared Joe Rogan is a

01:11really curious guy and he's he's a good interviewer I am shocked that he is in

01:18the weeds on this story I don't know why it seems like he's watching your show

01:22well he's reading something because he's he knows this case I mean I I don't know

01:29why I didn't think Joe Rogan gave a crap about it but he seems to know this story

01:34really well only a lot of people do based off the traffic on your side well

01:37that's true it's kind of like the new Amber Heard versus Johnny Depp yes you

01:42know people take a hard side but the thing is is I don't think this case is

01:47that clear-cut I know people are have strong views about it but if you

01:52actually read all the documents from both Blake side and Justin side which

01:56almost no one does true but you know even for example remember we got that

02:00footage of the dancing scene where they both had different takes on what that

02:04dancing scene meant to them and how they felt you could see both sides you could

02:10watch the video and see okay I can see how Justin would feel that way and then

02:14you could watch it again and be like oh I can see how Blake with would feel that

02:17as well so it's not that clear-cut it's kind of like how do you how do you

02:21discredit someone's feelings you know and remember Blake did say that she has

02:26a couple other people that were involved in the cast that also felt like Justin

02:31you know kind of sexually harassed them as well so you know you when you take

02:36everything in it's not that clear-cut so Charlie have you ever heard of Rashomon

02:40no is that a food no it's not a food that's ramen Rashomon was a Japanese

02:47director who did movies where he would show the way people in the same scene

02:54viewed that scene and depending on where they stood and what their sensibilities

03:00were they would see it all very differently and that's the way he would

03:03shoot it he's really interesting that's what this is that you've got like you

03:07said the dancing scene they each perceive it very differently and it

03:12doesn't necessarily mean one person is right and one person is wrong but the

03:16perceptions are radically different and it's left to the audience to decide

03:22which side they believe in most and I think the audience so far at least at

03:29this point is viewing it in Justin Baldoni's favor the thing that is the

03:34most surprising to me is how Ryan Reynolds got dragged into this and well

03:38he's a part of it it seems like but people reason people didn't know that at

03:42first and it seemed like it was really just Blake versus yeah but now Ryan

03:46Reynolds is in thick right and and and he what seemed to be one of the coolest

03:52smartest funniest most charming people in all of Hollywood who everybody loved

03:57and now it feels like there's this whole thing even when he was on the SNL 50th

04:02anniversary they joked about it that was the only time we've seen him publicly

04:05but Ryan Reynolds stock seems to have gone way down it has and it's that's

04:10what's shocking to me hi I'm Nikki from Chicago and I disagree I think it is

04:15pretty clear-cut I think that as somebody who read all the documents I

04:20know you said not a lot of people did but I did I think that Ryan and Blake

04:24started this war and are trying to gain power from an innocent kind man I spent

04:28time with Justin he's great and this isn't gossip girl being famous doesn't

04:32excuse you from the consequences of your own actions people aren't gonna be

04:35believed because of what she did and she needs to be held accountable this is

04:40BS shots fired Wow yeah I've known Justin for about a decade and the

04:46version of him that seems to be coming out as we learn more seems more in line

04:49with the version of him that I knew than the initial complaint about him which is

04:54which is a good guy who may be getting dragged unfairly
