00:00How difficult has it been to adapt to the new situation?

00:07To be honest, it hasn't been as difficult as I first thought it was going to be,

00:11obviously, because I only played in Ireland and England,

00:15which is not far from each other.

00:16So, to be honest, I think it was the culture now and the players around me

00:22and the support of the staff helped me a lot.

00:26So, to be honest, it's been easy to adapt into the new life here in France.

00:33And again, yeah, I think I put it down to the manager.

00:36Obviously, he comes from England, so he shares similar things,

00:41you know, coming to a new country and stuff like that.

00:42So, I mean, it definitely helped me.

00:45Yeah, definitely. I've seen the project and obviously, like you said,

00:48it's a young team, but it's very talented.

00:50Like, I heard a lot of things at the start of the season.

00:55You know, it's a young team and all these things.

00:57And I think the guys have proved that with talent and hard work,

01:01you can see what they're doing in the season.

01:03They put themselves in a great position now.

01:05And there's still, I think, eight, nine games left.

01:10So, like I said, they put themselves in a great position to go

01:15and hopefully achieve some good places in the table.

01:18But yeah, definitely, I think with the manager here,

01:22he's known me a long time since I started playing senior football at Norwich.

01:28So, I think this kind of connection and I know the way he wants to play,

01:31which suits me as the type of player I am.

01:33So, all of this together, it just seemed like a good fit for me.

01:38To be honest, I wouldn't say surprise, but Andre,

01:43because we had a similar time, he was at Nottingham with me.

01:48He didn't play anything there, but I knew, obviously,

01:53from training and stuff, which type of player he is.

01:56I think we all know now how good he is.

01:58So, I'm not surprised that he's doing so well,

02:03but it's just good to see, you know, and this shows his mental strength as well.

02:09You go from not playing too much and then he comes here

02:12and now he's shown what type of player he is.

02:15If you were to ask me, I think it's this togetherness.

02:20I felt it the first day I came, how close everybody is.

02:23Every player, the guys that start the minutes

02:27or maybe the guys that maybe don't play as much, it's the same.

02:30Everybody is speaking with each other.

02:33You can see in training how intense it is.

02:36People, if something's not right, they will tell each other.

02:40And for me, this was surprising because you would think

02:44you only get this with a team with older players, you know.

02:48If maybe training is not so good, the older players will tell,

02:52this needs to be better, this needs to be better.

02:54So, for me to come here and see it with most of the players

02:58at the same age like me, it was really good to see.

03:02And this only makes the level better in the team.

03:05So, I think ultimately it's this togetherness

03:08and everybody has the same objectives.

03:10Each player has their own...

03:14They want to be something in their career.

03:16So, everyone's helping each other to reach this goal.

03:18So, I think this togetherness and this camaraderie is most important.
