00:36Black taps. Just don't do it. Just don't. They scratch, they chip. Yeah, absolutely awful. Sticks of stainless steel.

00:45I feel like I might be coming at quite a lot of people here, but carpet in your hallway when you walk into the carpet,

00:52like your downstairs hallway. Just don't do it. It's your main traffic area. It's gonna get filthy.

00:59The pile's gonna wear down on it. Stick to laminate, lino or tiles.

01:05And while we're on the conversation of tiles, okay, I made this mistake in my old house.

01:13Gloss tiles. Unless you've got four hours a day to get on your hands and knees and buff them with a cloth.

01:19No, I learned this from having one in my old house with the tile floor.

01:25Glass, gloss, kitchen cupboards. You see every finger mark, like literally.

01:32Like, even if you breathe on it, they mark, okay? You're forever buffing them up. Yeah, don't.

01:39Again, I've got these. Not quite as grooved, but grooved kitchen cupboards.

01:45Because these, let me tell you, here builds up with dust. In between them cracks, right?

01:53Gets filthy, yeah? And they're a nightmare to clean.

01:56Now, I have one of these, but what I'm gonna warn you, I mean, they are nice and it's better looking

02:01than looking at like a bare one, right? They're a nightmare.

02:06Integrated fridge freezer because you see here where it meets, absolute build-up of absolute crap, okay?

02:13Chances are you're gonna feed fine peas and everything, yeah?

02:17They're just a nightmare to clean. Just don't like it. Don't like cleaning them.

02:21Also, I used to have one of these. These sorts of showers. You know the runners?
