03:49The president was clearly joking with his comments.

03:51But what isn't a joke is that Democrats refused to celebrate the accomplishments of last year that has helped all Americans.

03:58I recognize that my dad's communication style is not to everyone's taste.

04:03And I know that his tweets can feel a bit unfiltered.

04:07But the results, the results speak for themselves.
