00:00You have to understand me, I like seeing democracy.
00:03Democracy is a very important word.
00:05Maduro is an illegitimate ruler, a tyrant who brutalizes his people.
00:10Our first objective is to ensure a peaceful and constitutional transition,
00:16paving the way for free and fair elections.
00:23It doesn't seem like it's too much democracy there in Belarus,
00:29but we are speaking to lots of people,
00:31and we'll be speaking at the appropriate time to Russia.
00:34Iran can be a great country.
00:36Peace and stability cannot prevail in the Middle East
00:40as long as Iran continues to foment violence, unrest, hatred and war.
00:47The civilized world must send a clear and unified message to the Iranian regime.
00:53Your campaign of terror, murder, mayhem will not be tolerated any longer.
01:00We went from mistakes in Iraq, to Egypt, to Libya,
01:05to President Obama's line in the sand in Syria.
01:08My administration, as you know, it stands with every citizen of Israel and Cuba.
01:13Nicaragua, it stands with the righteous struggle for freedom.
01:17One of the greatest security threats facing peace-loving nations today
01:23is the repressive regime in Iran.
01:27The regime's record of death and destruction is well known to us all.
01:34We call on members of the Venezuelan military to end their support for Maduro,
01:40who is really nothing more than a Cuban puppet,
01:44and finally set their people free.
01:47We've taken all of the vast amounts of money that we used to subsidize Hong Kong.
01:52We essentially subsidized Hong Kong by giving them all sorts of incentives.
01:57You know, we really gave them tremendous incentive and subsidy
02:03in order that they be successful for freedom.
02:06But now that the freedom obviously seems to have been taken away,
02:12we will keep all of the incentives that we were giving them,
02:15which is billions and billions of dollars.
02:17The United States is leading a 59-nation diplomatic coalition
02:22against the socialist dictator of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro.
02:27You have great people over there. I see they're flying the American flags.
02:31They even have signs,
02:33Make China Great Again, Make Hong Kong Great Again.
02:36I'm saying get those signs.
