03:00then we could see the ice sheet being lost.

03:06Of course, there's melting ice.

03:08There's the prospect of increased navigation,

03:11the prospect of increased tourism.

03:14I think the likelihood of increased oil and gas exploration

03:19in the Arctic region.

03:21So as countries bordering on the Arctic Ocean,

03:25I think we have a particular responsibility to consider the effects

03:29that those changes and those new activities are going to have.
