Bulgaria: three bear cubs released back into the wild

They were just a few months old when FOUR PAWS International rescued them. Now these three orphan bear cubs have finally returned to the wild.

00:24year ago when the three bear cubs were found alone in another mountain in Bulgaria without

00:30their mother, nobody gave them any chance of survival.

00:54We set on this rescue mission, on this big challenge, without knowing what will eventually

01:05happen.

01:06We contacted our partners from Arcturus in Greece, who are specialized in rehabilitation

01:12of orphaned bears and return them to the wild.

02:42When I saw Jonas, Mitko and Radustina already in the forest, not just jumping from the cage,

02:52but really in the forest around it, like wild bears, how they should be, this was the real

02:57payoff of all the hard work we had to do and all the difficulties that we met during the

03:02one year when it started.
