Yorkshire woman Molly Spencer, who gets her weekly food shop for just £22, says she makes the cost of her food shopping as low as possible so she can enjoy other things.

00:00This is what we had for our dinner this week as a vegan couple on a budget.

00:03First up we have orzo with roasted chickpeas and tomatoes and some salad leaves.

00:08And I made a lemon and garlic dressing to go with.

00:10Next up we had a butter bean stew because it was a bit miserable this day.

00:13It had courgette, spinach and mushrooms in it.

00:15Get ready for a jump scare.

00:17I know the colour looks radioactive but it's so good.

00:19Spinach and tofu in the sauce.

00:21I added some peas and topped with roasted courgette.

00:23Wowee, look at that gochujang tofu.

00:25I'm not going to say much about this one but I've got a recipe coming on Wednesday

00:30Classic in our house is this chickpea and spinach curry

00:33because it's super easy to make and it's really cheap too.

00:36We had ours with rice this time.

00:38On Friday we got these chips from our local chippy.

00:41Cooked up these Aldi no battered sausages and had with curry sauce and mushy peas.
