A tiny model village showcasing over 100 handcrafted miniature properties has re-created Beatrix Potter’s former home.
Built by Edward Robinson over 25 years, the village features slate-built replicas of iconic buildings, including Potter's home in Sawrey and the 17th-century Bridge House in Ambleside.
Some properties took six months to complete.
The village was moved to the Damson Dene Hotel in Crosthwaite, Cumbria, after Robinson's retirement.
Hotel owner Jonathan Denby said he was eager to display the model buildings, which have become almost as iconic as the originals they replicate.
