00:23The chief minister seen tapping the officer on his shoulder trying to get his attention

00:28and then is seen greeting somebody in the audience, all this while the national anthem

00:33RJD MLAs protested in Patna accusing Nitish Kumar of insulting the national anthem.

00:39They sought an apology from the Bihar Chief Minister.

00:42There are also questions that the RJD is claiming that Nitish Kumar is no longer fit physically
