01:32Here is Secretary Ted Erbosa of the Department of Health.

01:37Here is Secretary Rex Gatchalian of the DSWD.

01:42That is why we are here.

01:45We are here to build what we are doing.

01:49It is like a gathering of various departments

01:56to help you

01:59and to give you the needs of our countrymen.

02:07You know what is happening in our government now.

02:11What we are doing is

02:14we immediately realized that

02:17not only one department can solve the problem of our countrymen.

02:26That is why we call it an all-of-government approach.

02:30All of the government is working together.

02:34Because as I said,

02:36not only the Department of Agriculture can solve the problem.

02:42Not only the DSWD can meet the needs of our countrymen.

02:53That is why we are doing this.

02:55I just came from outside.

02:58There are farmers who are buying their products,

03:03especially rice, which is very cheap.

03:06And we talked to the Department of Agriculture to add more.

03:12Because our stock is running out very fast.

03:17That is why I said, if there are many who want to buy, let's add more.

03:22So that we won't be able to serve our cheap products, cheap food.

03:33And also, as you can see behind me,

03:37even outside, we have labs for X-rays.

03:43Our doctors, nurses, and medtechs are here

03:49to see what they can do to help those who are suffering.

03:54I feel that not only medicine is here,

03:59but also giving documents, such as PhilHealth IDs,

04:05so that you won't have a hard time looking for your names.

04:16Aside from that, the four-piece report from Secretary Rex Gatchalian

04:24means that most of the four-piece will be graduating.

04:29It means that their lives are getting better

04:45we still have the DOLE project.

04:48This is like a job fair.

04:49Outside of the job fair, we have livelihood projects from Tupad.

04:56This is to help those who lost their jobs or want to start their own business.

05:13We are also helping different cooperatives that produce different products.

05:23We are working together so that you won't have to wait for the medical mission
