Tamil Nadu ex-cop records video claiming threat to life, murdered weeks later

00:17murdered in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.

00:19He was riding home from prayers when his killers dragged him off his motorcycle and hacked

00:23him at his head.

00:25Passersby screamed, the police were called, but by then it was too late.

00:29What makes this murder even more chilling, Hussain saw it coming.

00:32He had warned the police, he had even recorded a video.

00:35In that video, he named two police officers, Inspector Gopalakrishnan and Sub-Inspector

00:40Senthil Kumar, accusing them of ignoring his complaints and being complicit in the threats

00:46The alleged reason?

00:47A land dispute.

00:48The conflict reportedly arose over a piece of land next to Hussain's property, owned

00:52by Taufiq's wife.

00:53Hussain allegedly encroached on the land, claiming it was Waqf property, while Taufiq's

00:57family insisted it was a private gift from his mother-in-law.
