00:00Any success that we've enjoyed is directly attributable to the men and

00:08women who first bring horses to us to sell. It's not a chicken-and-the-egg

00:11situation in the thoroughbred industry or in the auction industry. You've

00:15got to have good product. If we're able to attract quality horses to our sale

00:18with quality men and women selling them, we're going to be successful and we're

00:22going to have good sales. We provide a platform for the auction of thoroughbred

00:27horses. Our mission is to do that with the highest level of integrity and

00:31service. We are the oldest, longest standing thoroughbred auction company

00:36in North America. The stops at Fasig-Tipton are circled on a calendar

00:41and are not to be missed. The product that our customers are able to provide

00:45is sought after throughout the world. 2022 was a banner year for Fasig-Tipton.

00:51The Kentucky winter mix sale saw a record gross of over 17.2 million

00:56dollars for the two-day event. In May, the Mid-Atlantic two-year-old and

01:00training sale was one for the ages, setting records for both gross sales and

01:04average and featured the highest-priced two-year-old in the world, a Bernardini

01:12colt that sold for 3.55 million dollars. That momentum continued in the

01:17Kentucky October yearling sale, where we set records for the total gross of over

01:2155 million dollars and a record average. In November, we have our big sale right

01:29after the Breeders' Cup and we call it the night of the stars because it truly

01:32is one star after the next coming into that auction ring. It's one night of the

01:36best fillies and mares and weanlings that are going to be offered during the

01:40course of the year and it has a true international flair on the heels of the

01:45Breeders' Cup championship.

02:03Those type of horses are life changers and to see that happen year after year in the

02:08sales pavilion is pretty spectacular. So all of us at Fasig-Tipton look forward

02:11to that night every year because just so many spectacular athletes come into that

02:15ring. Saratoga Springs in upstate New York is the bellwether mark. Saratoga is

02:21without question the most beautiful setting for for sales in North America.

02:24It's our goal and it's our belief that it's the premier yearling sale in North

02:28America and we want our customers when they walk on the sales grounds to feel

02:32like it's the premier sales facility and it's the place to be and that they have

02:38a good experience literally from start to finish. It's where the highest quality

02:42racing in North America is taking place. It's the highest quality of yearlings

02:47that are being offered. We want to make sure that when we were having sales that

02:52people feel comfortable coming to them that we also do the outreach in terms of

02:57encouraging new participants to get involved and that they can experience

03:01the the thrill of owning a horse or owning a piece of a horse that wins in a

03:07race. I don't think till somebody's experienced the adrenaline rush that

03:11comes when when your horse is coming down that lane it's a feeling that can't

03:16be bought it's a feeling that can't be captured you don't understand it until

03:19you experience it. Once you experience it once you want to experience it again and

03:23again and again that feeling never gets old. We already get to sell some of the

03:30most premier horses in the United States but now we're taking on new endeavors

03:35with selling horses online and all over the world and I feel like the

03:39opportunities are endless. Digital platform is a way for Fasig-Tipton to

03:44increase our footprint. We can sell a horse at any time anywhere in the world

03:48and we're just providing more services where Fasig can constantly be a leader

03:53in thoroughbred sales. I believe the future of Fasig-Tipton is extremely

03:58bright. Everything that we do is going to be to achieve success tomorrow by doing

04:03things right today. It's a commitment to the industry it's a commitment to the

04:07company to get up and do the right thing every day in a consistent in a

04:11professional fashion will certainly continue to accomplish great things in

04:15the future.

04:25We measure our success by the success of our clients. Flightlight embodies the

04:32work that we get up and do. It was a win for not only the breeder it was a win

04:37for the purchasers who purchased that horse. I mean we saw greatness and I'm

04:43proud to be part of Team Fasig-Tipton. We look forward to building on our

04:48successes. Every day is a new day and a new challenge and you can't rest on your laurels.
