00:05JJ Hernandez. We talked about Kinza, but first we started off talking about big orange earplugs.

00:18Juan, congratulations. Thank you. She's a live wire. I noticed you had some earplugs

00:25on a piece of string. When did you take those out? Going into the gate? Yeah,

00:28right behind I entered the gate because she was a little excited today and she's a little

00:35nervous. She's a little nervous even in the morning, but you know she's getting a little

00:41good today. She was a little, she was sweating a little bit in the post party, but I get it,

00:47you know, for a second time out. But, you know, when I take the gloves out behind the gate,

00:51I like it because she was quiet. She didn't move. So that's a good sign. You know, that's a good

00:55sign that she was, she was ready. She was, she was game on the gate. First time going long for

01:01her. You're riding for Bob. You've got Flavian breathing down your neck at the half mile point.

01:06What are you thinking? Yeah, I feel it. I feel him. Uh, but then in the backside and you know,

01:11I say, uh, I asked my feelings to pick it up and then actually she picked it up and I was like,

01:15uh, I'm, I'm not going to let the other, the other horse pass me too, too early. Maybe he

01:20passed me. He's going to pass me in the wire or right after the wire, but now not on the

01:24backside or around the turn. And, but, you know, I have, I have a lot of filly. I was really

01:28confident with my filly because when I asked to do that, she should respond and she never get

01:32the other filly come by. You were here when Omaha beach was running. How cool is it

01:38to have seen him run here at Santa Anita and then be riding one of his progeny?

01:43Oh, that was, that was a really good horse. You know, I never, I never had an opportunity to,

01:49to, to, to ride with him, but I saw him in the races and I, it was a really good horse. And now

01:55I'm now doing this running with, like you say, it's, it's a, it's a pleasure.
