00:59Now, the fastest horse of the week ran on Saturday at Woodbine, War Bomber, the winner
01:05of the King Edward Stakes with the buyer speed figure of 99.
01:10Talk about a good family.
01:12War Bombers by War Front out of the Danzig mare, believe it or not, 22 year old Son Shower.
01:18This happens to be a half brother to X Celebration, a former Coolmore Group One Stakes winner
01:25who had the distinction of running second or third five times behind Frankel.
01:30He won almost all his other starts and a half brother to Lancaster Bomber, another Coolmore
01:35horse who was second in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Turf and second in the Breeders'
01:39Cup Mile.
01:40War Bomber, believe it or not, claimed early in his career after he was gelded for $25,000,
01:46hadn't shown much before then, by Cromit, a Canadian owner, Bruno Shickadance, trainer
01:50Norm McKnight.
01:51Obviously, the horse now has lived up to his pedigree.
01:54War Bomber expected to run next in the Woodbine Mile, a race in which he finished ninth one
02:01year ago.
