Trump says ceasefire would have been 'tough': 'Russia has the advantage'

U.S. President Donald Trump said that a full ceasefire would have been “tough” because Russia has the advantage.   Trump’s comments came just hours after he held a two-hour long call with Russian president Vladimir Putin.
