The Wall Street Journal says Chinese President Xi Jinping is angry with Hong Kong company C.K. Hutchinson's planned sale of Panama Canal ports. C.K. Hutchinson had announced plans to sell its interest in 43 ports, including those along the strategic canal, to a consortium backed by U.S. investment firm BlackRock.
