01:12I removed a cyst from my abdominal area.

01:23What somehow messes up with the hormones.

01:26So I decided that I will stop all foods that are not good for my body.

01:34So, for 5 months, I completely abstained myself.

01:37There is no processed sugar in my diet.

01:40How much weight did you lose?

01:44The first 5 months, I lost 40 pounds.

01:50But today, 7 months ago, I actually lost 45 pounds already.
