00:06biopic Quezon, which will chronicle the life of the President of the Commonwealth of the Philippines

00:12Manuel L. Quezon. Glenn will portray Governor General Leonard Wood in the film as announced

00:18by TVA Studios on Monday, March 17th. Quezon director and co-writer Gerald Darog said the

00:25casting of Glenn as Wood makes the film much more alive. Wood, the United States Army Major who

00:31served as Governor General of the Philippines played a pivotal role in Quezon's fight for

00:37Philippine independence from the United States. Quezon marks the continuation of TVA Studios

00:42cinematic Bayaniverse, a series of films based on Philippine history that includes box office

00:48hits Heneral Luna and Goyok Ang Batang Heneral.
