00:00Before this, we have a foundation that does not allow any representative of the DAP to receive the award of Dato' and so on.

00:11But now, after almost 17 years we have been in various governments and in the current central government,

00:24we certainly need to look back at these conditions in our foundation.

00:31It cannot be too strict because sometimes there are sultans who want to award Dato' to our representatives.

00:43For example, Duryama Mulya, Sultan Selangor, Tongkun Sultan Selangor,

00:49they openly say that they want to award Dato' to Ng Sui Lim.

00:55If they follow the conditions of the party, they cannot accept it.

00:58If Ng Sui Lim does not accept it, he will be punished.

01:01It needs to be laid out to the CEC to be considered on a case-to-case basis in a more flexible way.
