00:02:58Main Gilgit ki yeh baat kar rahe hain ki
00:03:00Gilgit Baltistan mein bhi ab hum bata rahe the
00:03:02aapko ki waha par barf baari ho rahi hai.
00:03:04Toh waha par chaar
00:03:06naya barfani tendwe
00:03:08nazar aaye hain Gilgit Baltistan mein.
00:03:10Barfani cheeton ki.
00:03:12Shandaar tasweer.
00:03:14Wildlife watcher Sakhawat Ali.
00:03:16Chief
00:03:18Conservative Parks and Wildlife
00:03:20Forest, Wildlife
00:03:22and Environment Department
00:03:24ne Gilgit Baltistan ke pahadon se yeh footage
00:03:26hassil ki hai. Aur maharin ke mutaabik
00:03:28barfani tendwe duniya ke nayaab
00:03:30aur madhumiyat ke khatre se do chaar
00:03:32jaanwar mein shamil hote hain aur aalmi daare
00:03:34isse tahafuz faraham karne ke liye
00:03:36mukhtalif mansoobon par kaam kar rahe hain.
00:03:38Toh bhai aap yeh manzar dekhe pehli nazar
00:03:40jab meri padhi na toh mujhe aisa laga
00:03:42main kisi bahar koi documentary ka manzar
00:03:44dekh rahe hoon lekin nahi yeh Pakistan
00:03:46mein paye jaate hain aur yeh
00:03:48nayaab nasal ke tendwe hain yeh.
00:03:50Toh inko
00:03:52zahir hai aap wildlife ka mehikma
00:03:54alert ho gaya hoga aur
00:03:56inko bhai aisa na ho ke
00:03:58shikar kar diya jaye toh zara
00:04:00is cheez ka khayal rakhein.
00:04:02Aur dusri baat yeh ki yeh jo breed hai yeh
00:04:04extend bhi hone waliye. Madhumiyat ke kareeb yeh
00:04:06breed hai.
00:04:08It's very rare ke Pakistan
00:04:10mein paye jaate hain.
00:04:12Chalein jab
00:04:14hum aap mahal ki baat kar rahein
00:04:16weather ki baat kar rahein toh zara
00:04:18overall jo humaari environment hain
00:04:20jiske liye hum dekh rahein. Dun bhar bhi bahot kaushish
00:04:22hoti hain mahaliyati tahafuz ke liye.
00:04:24Ek summit ka
00:04:26nikaat kiya jaata hai jisko har saal
00:04:28uska nikaat kiya jaata hai.
00:04:30Lekin Brazil mein isbaar jo
00:04:32COP 30 hone hain us conference
00:04:34ke intzamaat kiye jaa rahein. Zahir hai wo
00:04:36host hain. Unhone samam logon ko invite kiya
00:04:38hua hain. Lekin Amazon ke
00:04:40hazaron darak kaat diye gaye hain.
00:04:42Ek aisa ajlaas, ab irony check kijiye
00:04:44ek aisa ajlaas jo ke
00:04:46ho hi mahaliyati tahafuz phiraye
00:04:48uske nikaat ke liye aapne darak
00:04:50kaat diye aur darak aapko kya faraam
00:04:52karte hain? Pna saaya
00:04:54faraam karte hain, oxygen faraam karte hain,
00:04:56clean karte hain aapki environment
00:04:58ko aur kubsoorti aur sabza
00:05:00bikherte hain aur itni hazaron ki taadaat
00:05:02mein darak kaat lena yeh toh
00:05:04badai almiya ho gaya aur beshumaar
00:05:06hayat kehte hain na hayat ki
00:05:08tanaga aur mausamiyati tabdiliye ki khilaf
00:05:10ek pudrati dhaal, jangal ko
00:05:12aur darakton ko mana jaata hai. Bilkul Sadaf
00:05:14aur main jib maini ye khabar suni thi main bohot
00:05:16surprise hua tha ki ek mahaliyati conference hain
00:05:18aur aapne different
00:05:20mulko se jo hain wo nomayindi aayenge isme sharik
00:05:22hone ke liye aur just for that aapne jo
00:05:24sadak banayi, basically jo sadak jaati thi
00:05:26na us conference ke liye, us hall ke liye
00:05:28us poori sadak me jitne bhi darak the
00:05:30tadamam darakton ko demolish kar diya
00:05:32gaya aur
00:05:34I guess it's 2025 and everybody knows
00:05:36darakton ko nahi kaatna chahiye
00:05:38aur darakton ko kaatne ke kya nukhsanat hote hain
00:05:40humne aap dekhi bhi uske
00:05:42natayaj bhi dekhe, consequences bhi dekhe
00:05:44nahi to aapne darak kaatne ke baad
00:05:46kya discuss karenge ki hume darakton
00:05:48ko bachana chahiye, hume darakton nahi
00:05:50kaatne chahiye. Mahal ko preserve karna chahiye
00:05:52I think kaafi backlash aayega
00:05:54backlash already aa raha hai, social
00:05:56media pe bohot backlash aa raha hai
00:05:58aisa na ho ke bhai, koi boycott hi kar de
00:06:00kyunke America ka
00:06:02I believe they say boycott karne
00:06:04I don't think so, unka koi aise koi khaas policy
00:06:06hai mahuliyati tahafus ke liye
00:06:08lekin baad hal doosre mumaalik jo

00:11:16wow very nice
00:11:18They are very fair-minded and the children have big goals.
00:11:21This is very nice.
00:11:22When we were young, I don't know about you, but maths was very difficult for me.
00:11:27Same.
00:11:28So, even you were in the same situation.
00:11:30We both were in the same category.
00:11:31I think when we were sitting here, we couldn't become scientists.
00:11:35Okay, tell me one thing.
00:11:37You are interested in this.
00:11:39These days, there is a chat-GPT era.
00:11:41Do you get any help from there in Mathematics or YouTube?
00:11:45Where do you get help from online?
00:11:49I don't know, but our teachers help us in our school.
00:11:53Teachers help you.
00:11:54Do you use phones or tablets?
00:12:01I use very little.
00:12:03I see.
00:12:04Do you use games, video games, tablet games or social media on your phone?
00:12:14Yes, I do, but very little.
00:12:16Very little.
00:12:17So, this is why kids are interested in Mathematics.
00:12:19Okay, tell me this.
00:12:20You participated in an international event, Kiswa.
00:12:24So, what is the process of participation in this?
00:12:28Which children are selected?
00:12:33If you want to participate in this, anyone can participate.
00:12:39You have to write your name in it and then they do the process.
00:12:44Okay.
00:12:45How many children were shortlisted from Pakistan?
00:12:48Or does your school present them to you?
00:12:57Question?
00:12:58How many children were selected from your school?
00:13:04Eleven students participated.
00:13:06Okay.
00:13:07And all three of you received medals.
00:13:09Is that so?
00:13:14Okay.
00:13:15Okay.
00:13:16You are all great kids.
00:13:19Some want to become scientists.
00:13:21Some want to become doctors in the army.
00:13:23Thank you so much.
00:13:24You are the future of Pakistan.
00:13:26You are all intelligent kids.
00:13:28When we invite children, we see their intelligence.
00:13:33They are so clear-minded.
00:13:36At this age, we didn't know what we were doing.
00:13:39If I recall, I don't even remember.
00:13:41I just remember that my Mathematics was not good.
00:13:43I also remember that my Mathematics was not good.
00:13:45But the vision and aims of the children are clear.
00:13:49And then again, the children know how to plan.
00:13:52How to set aims.
00:13:53What are the short-term goals and what are the long-term goals?
00:13:55In the short term, we have achieved medals in Mathematics.
00:13:57And in the long term, we want to become scientists.
00:13:59Absolutely.
00:14:00Thank you so much, Fahad.
00:14:01Thank you, Sudesh.
00:14:02And thank you, Kiswa, for being with us.
00:14:04Yes.
00:14:05Now, we will come back.
00:14:07We have talked about good things.
00:14:09We have talked about studies.
00:14:10We will give you the reality check.
00:14:12And the reality check is inflation.
00:14:14Inflation in the month of Ramadan.
00:14:16And inflation increases in Ramadan.
00:14:18And as the decade passes, we are in the second decade.
00:14:21There is a continuous increase in inflation.
00:14:23In Karachi, the price of chicken meat, which we told you in the beginning of Ramadan,
00:14:27has increased to Rs. 850 per kilo.
00:14:30And if we talk about different areas of Punjab,
00:14:34the rate of chicken is also sky-high.
00:14:36Now, let's come to China.
00:14:38So, in Karachi, sugar is being sold at Rs. 170 and Rs. 180 per kilo.
00:14:42Do you remember the issue in China in the last few days?
00:14:44Absolutely, I remember.
00:14:45And in Islamabad, the price of sugar has also increased a lot.
00:14:49So, what to say about the prices of fruits?
00:14:52Apples are Rs. 350 to Rs. 400 per kilo.
00:14:55Bananas are Rs. 200 per kilo.
00:14:57Similarly, the prices of other fruits are also sky-high.
00:15:00Why?
00:15:01Because it is Ramadan.
00:15:02Everyone needs fruits and vegetables.
00:15:04And what have we done?
00:15:05We have started selling fruits at our preferred rates.
00:15:11And we have started selling sugar.
00:15:13And we have also started selling chicken.
00:15:15We are the buyers.
00:15:17We are the consumers.
00:15:18And the consumers are helpless.
00:15:19What should they do?
00:15:20Obviously, these things have to be used.
00:15:22And the government does not listen.
00:15:24Government prices are different.
00:15:26And the prices of shopkeepers in the market are different.
00:15:29They do not match.
00:15:31It is said that a committee has been formed by the Commissioner of Karachi.
00:15:34And they will go to different places.
00:15:36And where things are not being sold at the government rates,
00:15:40there will be prints, fines, and fines.
00:15:42But we do not see any such activity, to be honest.
00:15:45I believe consumer protection laws should be implemented in a better way.
00:15:51Because consumers also have rights.
00:15:54And it is out of the question that you should sell things at your preferred rates.
00:16:02And you should expect that the consumer will buy from you.
00:16:04Because the consumer goes and buys.
00:16:06Then again, it is the same thing that we are helpless.
00:16:08We have to buy.
00:16:09But a lot of people do not know that there are also consumer rights.
00:16:14And there are also consumer courts.
00:16:16Where you can go and complain.
00:16:18So, we will suggest that where there is a lot of profit being made illegally,
00:16:25you should boycott those things.
00:16:27If you can do it.
00:16:28If it is not so necessary.
00:16:30Then you must boycott them.
00:16:31People do not even file a complaint for illegal things.
00:16:35Often it is a loss.
00:16:36And the expired products also come to your house sometimes.
00:16:40And you go to the shopkeeper and say that someone gave it to me.
00:16:43You can also report this in the consumer courts.
00:16:46So, Pakistan and all over the world,
00:16:48Sarafeen is being celebrated.
00:16:50Sarafeen means consumer day is being celebrated.
00:16:53But the majority of the country's consumers are either completely ignorant of their rights.
00:16:58Or they do not raise their voice for their rights.
00:17:01Due to which millions of consumers are being exploited every day.
00:17:04Sarafeen is being exploited by consumers.
00:17:07In different cities, the existing consumer courts also fail to ensure the security of rights.
00:17:14World Consumer Rights Day is celebrated on 15th March 1962 by former US President John F. Kennedy.
00:17:23And the United Nations started celebrating this day on 15th March 1983.
00:17:30So, let us show you how much the consumers are aware of this.
00:17:39There are consumer courts here, but they are just for namesake.
00:17:42Because they also support shopkeepers.
00:17:45They do not support any poor people.
00:17:49I do not know what a consumer court is.
00:17:55No.
00:17:56If you go there, there is no benefit.
00:17:58People will push you.
00:17:59They will push you.
00:18:00If you complain, they will call you.
00:18:02They will not call the shopkeeper.
00:18:05You are right.
00:18:06If shopkeepers do not return, then as a customer, I do not know whom to talk to.
00:18:11No.
00:18:12You have to go to the labourers.
00:18:18If you think that you have a product which is not up to the mark.
00:18:22And they are harassing you.
00:18:24Then you should go to the consumer court for your rights.
00:18:30So that black sheep can be targeted.
00:18:35People do not even know about consumer rights.
00:18:40They do not even know about consumer courts.
00:18:42People do not even know about consumer courts.
00:18:46So, we have with us Mr. Shakeel Ahmed Beg.
00:18:50He is the chairman of Consumer Rights Protection Council of Pakistan.
00:18:53Thank you very much for joining us in the program.
00:18:56Mr. Shakeel, first of all, tell us.
00:18:58As we have seen and heard, people do not even know the name of consumer courts.
00:19:04Those who do not know, how can they be informed?
00:19:07How can they be aware?
00:19:08And those who know, how will they know where consumer courts exist?
00:19:13And what is the procedure?
00:19:14What is the process when I have to go?
00:19:16How to file a complaint?
00:19:17And how to pursue it?
00:19:19First of all, I am very thankful to you.
00:19:21I am very thankful to you.
00:19:22Especially because today, World Consumer Day is being celebrated all over the world.
00:19:27Basically, there is a new theme every year.
00:19:29But I think the theme of Pakistan remains the same.
00:19:32Expensive, Expensive, Expensive or adulteration.
00:19:35And there is no doubt about it.
00:19:36There is no doubt that the poor consumer does not want to understand himself of Pakistan.
00:19:43Nor does he want to take a step where he can benefit.
00:19:47I remember sitting on this channel.
00:19:50I think Sadaf was also there at that time.
00:19:51He went to the Consumer Protection Court against a tailor.
00:19:55And there is a lack of awareness.
00:19:57We try to tell on social media that it is very easy.
00:20:03Like you said, how can a common consumer know?
00:20:06Even today, I think millions of people are watching your program.
00:20:10And let me tell you that it is the only court in which you do not need a lawyer.
00:20:16And you write a request in Urdu, English, Sindhi.
00:20:22For example, against a company, an organization or an individual who has cheated you.
00:20:30Or told you something and gave you something.
00:20:33Especially online.
00:20:34You can easily go to the court in the area where you live.
00:20:39How is the court? People do not know this.
00:20:42Yes, yes, your question is absolutely right.
00:20:44At the moment, there are 7 districts in Karachi.
00:20:47And 6 courts are working.
00:20:49Since Kemadi District has just been built, the West is watching it.
00:20:524 courts are currently in the City Court.
00:20:56In the City Court, District Central, District South, District West and East.
00:21:01These 4 courts and Kemadi is also there.
00:21:03Apart from this, two are in Korangi and Malir.
00:21:07Both are in the Malir Court.
00:21:09And it is very easy to go to these courts.
00:21:12In fact, I will tell you about the brand.
00:21:15A very big hospital has been fined more than 1 crore rupees in the past few days.
00:21:20Okay, who did it?
00:21:21Yes, the Consumer Court did it.
00:21:23The reason was that there was a case of Gaini in it.
00:21:26When he went there, it was proven that she was an unmarried woman.
00:21:29Doctors, hospitals.
00:21:31So the case went to the Consumer Protection Court.
00:21:34And not only did he get justice.
00:21:36A big fine was also done.
00:21:38And then for that woman, a separate court said that she has been abused.
00:21:45She should be given more money.
00:21:47So the main problem is that my consumer.
00:21:51I am also a consumer.
00:21:52And my consumer is an activist.
00:21:54He does not understand where I have to go.
00:21:56Basically, people think that I have just seen your package.
00:22:00Mr. Shakeel, tell me one thing.
00:22:01The issue we were discussing,
00:22:03especially what a common man is facing on a day-to-day basis.
00:22:07That he goes to the market.
00:22:09Chicken, vegetables, fruits.
00:22:11Everyone's prices are touching the sky.
00:22:13And the government is doing something else.
00:22:15So can we go to the Consumer Court for this too?
00:22:18So who will they take action against?
00:22:20Okay, I'll tell you something interesting.
00:22:21We were very worried about getting the milk paper processed.
00:22:23The milkman does not give the receipt.
00:22:25So we thought what to do.
00:22:26So what did we do?
00:22:27Ordered milk online.
00:22:29Now the company from which I ordered, I do not want to take the name.
00:22:31He made a receipt and gave it to us.
00:22:33When he made the receipt and gave it to us,
00:22:35we picked up that receipt and filed a case in court.
00:22:37Now when we filed a case in court,
00:22:39they will prove that why did you give this expensive milk?
00:22:41A common man will not get a receipt from a vegetable vendor.
00:22:44Now it happened that,
00:22:45just a few days ago, a receipt of meat was taken from the shopkeeper.
00:22:50He made a receipt and gave it to us.
00:22:52We picked it up and took it to the Consumer Protection Court.
00:22:54Okay, I say, if you do not want to reach the Consumer Protection Court,
00:22:57there is also an easy way.
00:22:59You can also go there.
00:23:00Call 1299 on your mobile.
00:23:031299.
00:23:041299.
00:23:05You believe me,
00:23:06because we also go there and sit.
00:23:09We also listen to the calls.
00:23:11Apart from this, on a daily basis.
00:23:12What will you do by calling there?
00:23:13The AC has become a daily roaster there.
00:23:15Plus, you get a complaint number there.
00:23:18Commissioner Karachi has been doing this for the past three years.
00:23:21And now Commissioner Karachi, Syed Hassan Naqvi,
00:23:24he has properly made it a roaster.
00:23:25If we call now, it will be called.
00:23:27Yes, definitely.
00:23:281299.
00:23:29Yes.
00:23:30Can anyone try?
00:23:31Yes, definitely.
00:23:32You can complain on 1299.
00:23:33Apart from this, there is also a WhatsApp number.
00:23:34Apart from this, there are other PTCL numbers.
00:23:36Okay, 1299 is so easy.
00:23:38In 1299, people usually remember.
00:23:40Okay, it's not just that you can do it against inflation.
00:23:43If there is something that is not with them,
00:23:46but after taking the complaint,
00:23:47they also forward it to the concerned department.
00:23:49Okay, tell me one thing.
00:23:50Because we are buying chicken from a vegetable vendor,
00:23:52or from a chicken vendor.
00:23:53I am talking about a common man.
00:23:54He is not giving the receipt.
00:23:55He is not even giving the raw receipt.
00:23:57Then on what basis is the complaint made?
00:24:00No, no.
00:24:01Complaints are made.
00:24:021299 does not need a receipt.
00:24:04In 1299, there is evidence that this has happened to me.
00:24:08And recently,
00:24:09in fact, I can send you a video.
00:24:10In fact, I will give it to you on the way.
00:24:12Standing up, we have started a new strategy
00:24:14by doing it with Commissioner Karachi.
00:24:16The price that is being sold,
00:24:18is being sold more than the government funds,
00:24:20is receiving more money.
00:24:22We said, do one thing.
00:24:23Stand there with a microphone.
00:24:25And that sale is done
00:24:26on the government funds.
00:24:27And the money that is there,
00:24:28is given to him.
00:24:29That is, it is just an auction.
00:24:31But in the auction,
00:24:32the shopkeeper is not suffering any loss.
00:24:34The only difference is that
00:24:35it is being sold on the government funds.
00:24:36And now this is being started
00:24:37in all the districts.
00:24:39Okay, one thing.
00:24:40Just tell me one last thing.
00:24:41There are big brands.
00:24:42We will not take anyone's name.
00:24:44But when you buy a dress from there,
00:24:46or buy anything,
00:24:48they charge you a separate amount for the bag.
00:24:51Okay, this should not be done.
00:24:52This should not be done or it should be done?
00:24:53This should not be done.
00:24:54They charge 30 to 40 rupees.
00:24:55This should not be done.
00:24:56You tell me one thing.
00:24:57You put up big advertisements.
00:24:59You put up ads.
00:25:00You pay money and put it up.
00:25:01So if I am buying something from you,
00:25:03then how are you putting up an ad of yours
00:25:05and giving me that bag?
00:25:07Should I go and do your publicity?
00:25:09Should I pay you for it?
00:25:10Why should I?
00:25:11And all the sweets and backers on this,
00:25:13we have finished them.
00:25:14They do not take back charges from anyone.
00:25:16And if they do,
00:25:17then they can complain to us too.
00:25:19If you want, I can give you the number.
00:25:20If you want, I can give you.
00:25:22You can complain to us on WhatsApp too.
00:25:24We cannot give permission to anyone
00:25:27to take back their charges.
00:25:29Because why should I do your publicity?
00:25:31So you are making me do publicity
00:25:33and you are taking money from me.
00:25:34So it is over.
00:25:35Okay.
00:25:36Thank you so much.
00:25:37Thank you very much, Mr. Shakeel.
00:25:38Shakeel Ahmed Beg was with us.
00:25:39And I hope you got a lot of information.
00:25:42Yes.
00:25:43I am trying to save 1299 on my phone.
00:25:46I am getting a call.
00:25:47I have been told from behind.
00:25:48I am getting a call.
00:25:49Okay, you are getting a call too.
00:25:50You can complain to us.
00:25:51You can complain to us.

00:38:55What are the effects of lack of sleep on the human body?
00:38:59Irritability, fatigue, anxiety.
00:39:03Do you have this because of lack of sleep?
00:39:05Yes, absolutely.
00:39:06Many issues arise due to lack of sleep.
00:39:09If I talk as a clinical psychologist,
00:39:11due to lack of sleep, there are many emotional disturbances.
00:39:14The frequency of the brain is disturbed.
00:39:16There are many mood disorders as well.
00:39:18Right.
00:39:19When we talk about lack of sleep,
00:39:21especially in Ramadan,
00:39:22when you have to wake up early in the morning,
00:39:24and you have to read Taraweeh in the night,
00:39:26and you have to sleep late at night,
00:39:27and you have the same routine,
00:39:28you are using mobile phones,
00:39:30you have more screen time,
00:39:32which is disturbing the frequency of our brain.
00:39:34Our body needs a full-fledged 8 hours of sleep,
00:39:38or we can take it in portions.
00:39:422 hours, 2 hours and 2 hours.
00:39:44Ideally, it should be 8 to 9 hours of sleep for the elderly.
00:39:489 hours.
00:39:49Yes, but we are not able to do it.
00:39:51We are not able to do 8, but you are saying 9 hours.
00:39:53It is like this.
00:39:54So, what should we do?
00:39:55Naps.
00:39:56Many countries are famous for power naps.
00:40:00They are allowed to take naps in offices.
00:40:04Now, in Japan, there is permission for naps in schools.
00:40:06Okay.
00:40:07And such chairs have been made for them,
00:40:09in which the children take naps for half an hour to 20 minutes.
00:40:12And this improves memory,
00:40:14improves concentration,
00:40:16improves learning,
00:40:18improves performance.
00:40:19Okay, doctor, please tell us,
00:40:21after iftar,
00:40:22because we have an empty stomach,
00:40:24when the stomach is full,
00:40:25then we get a lot of sleep.
00:40:27What should we do for that?
00:40:28Because after that, you have to read Tarabi,
00:40:30you have to pray,
00:40:31you have to do other routine work,
00:40:33but what should we do about that sleep?
00:40:34See, why are we sleepy?
00:40:35We have to see how we are doing iftar.
00:40:37If we do a lot of iftar,
00:40:40we are using a lot of oily things,
00:40:42we are taking a lot of heavy calories,
00:40:44so that will also become a cause of insomnia.
00:40:46And that is affecting our mental health.
00:40:49Physically, there are a lot of problems.
00:40:51You see, there are a lot of gastro issues,
00:40:53there are a lot of other problems like this,
00:40:56there are heart issues,
00:40:57there is acidity.
00:40:59So, light iftar should be done,
00:41:01healthy iftar should be done.
00:41:02After that, a light walk should be done.
00:41:04Yes, walk is very important.
00:41:05Yes, walk is very important.
00:41:06And the children's routine also changes a lot.
00:41:08Parents, their routine is different.
00:41:11School timings are a little less,
00:41:13but it is almost morning time.
00:41:15Yes.
00:41:16So, children are also affected a lot.
00:41:17See, there is a very important point in this.
00:41:19Whether we talk about Ramadan or Ramadan,
00:41:22if we look at Pakistan,
00:41:23then the children's schools are very early.
00:41:25Some schools open at 7 o'clock,
00:41:27open at 7.30,
00:41:28children have to get up at 6 o'clock,
00:41:30have to get up at 5.30.
00:41:31If we talk about children,
00:41:32whose age is 3 to 5 years old,
00:41:34up to 6 years old,
00:41:35they should take 14 hours of sleep.
00:41:3711 to 14, 12 to 14 hours.
00:41:40And if children are younger than that,
00:41:41like three-year-old children going to Montessori,
00:41:43their sleep should be 17 hours,
00:41:45according to some studies.
00:41:4614 and 17 hours,
00:41:47how peaceful it will be at home.
00:41:49Yes, that's right.
00:41:50But the children are not able to sleep.
00:41:51Children sleep at 2 o'clock,
00:41:52then they have to get up at 6 o'clock,
00:41:53then they have to go to school at 7 o'clock.
00:41:54Their brain frequency is getting disturbed
00:41:56and their development rate is not growing like this.
00:41:59Doctor, I want to discuss one thing with you.
00:42:02When I wait for my body to get tired,
00:42:05until it gets so tired,
00:42:07the brain goes straight into deep sleep.
00:42:10Because if my brain doesn't go into deep sleep,
00:42:13then in the initial stages of sleep,
00:42:15my brain keeps overthinking,
00:42:17racing thoughts keep coming,
00:42:18and then it's a full-fledged process,
00:42:20which is not good for me, I feel.
00:42:22I don't want to overthink,
00:42:23I don't want to stress myself.
00:42:24So I use my phone, phone, phone,
00:42:26and then there comes a point
00:42:27where my eyes are closed and my brain is closed,
00:42:29then I keep my phone there,
00:42:30I just shut down.
00:42:31What is the solution to this?
00:42:33I mean, do I do it right?
00:42:34See, it is very important in this.
00:42:36We have unhealthy daily routines.
00:42:39We don't keep our eyes on the mobile side
00:42:41until our eyes are completely closed.
00:42:43We don't keep our laptops on the side.
00:42:45We don't turn off our devices.
00:42:47What is healthy is that
00:42:48we have to turn off all these devices
00:42:50an hour before going to sleep.
00:42:52And so that the frequency of it,
00:42:54which is impairing and disrupting
00:42:56the frequency of our brain,
00:42:58if melatonin starts releasing,
00:43:00even after 10 o'clock at night,
00:43:02after 10 o'clock,
00:43:03our mind is saying,
00:43:04we want to sleep,
00:43:05we want peace,
00:43:06I want rest,
00:43:07I don't want darkness,
00:43:08I don't want darkness in my room,
00:43:09I want a comfortable bed,
00:43:10I don't want to drink alcohol,
00:43:12I want to mentally heal.
00:43:14If we talk about Ramadan,
00:43:16we are reciting the Quran,
00:43:17we are praying,
00:43:18we are listening to the recitation,
00:43:19even from that you are healing.
00:43:20And you have to dim the lights a little.
00:43:22Yes.
00:43:23And especially the light from above,
00:43:25you have to dim it completely.
00:43:27You will have to create an atmosphere.
00:43:29I have a different routine in Ramadan,
00:43:31but usually I definitely read a book.
00:43:33I start to sleep only after two pages.
00:43:35Very nice.
00:43:36See, reading a book and reading something on mobile,
00:43:39both are different things.
00:43:41Okay.
00:43:42Thank you so much.
00:43:43Thank you very much, Doctor,
00:43:44for joining us in the program,
00:43:46and it was a very useful advice.
00:43:48Yes.
00:43:49But 9 hours,
00:43:50listen,
00:43:51we want to sleep for 9 hours,
00:43:52so that we can work creatively.
00:43:54Yes.
00:43:55Okay,
00:43:56in today's show,
00:43:57we have brought a great recipe for you.
00:43:59You were very tired,
00:44:00that what should be made now,

00:44:04after eating those fritters.
00:44:05So, what is today's recipe?

00:46:14Assalam-o-Alaikum.
00:46:16Once again, we welcome you in the evening of Ramadan.

00:46:43But, the point is that communication is two-way.
00:46:47That's why we tell you that your feedback is very important.
00:46:49Give us feedback on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
00:46:55So that we can design our next program according to your feedback.
00:46:59Tell us your favorite topics so that we can add them in our next program.
00:47:03Absolutely.
00:47:05We have just added the recipe on people's request.
00:47:08Bolognese Spaghetti.
00:47:10We will try it but after Iftaar.
00:47:12Will it be served or not?
00:47:15It will not be served according to the recipe.
00:47:18I want to know this.
00:47:20Let's move ahead and talk about the economy.
00:47:25What is happening there in economic matters?
00:47:27IMF has completed a conversation with Pakistan on the 1 billion dollar loan program.
00:47:33According to the IMF announcement, the conversation with Pakistan was very positive.
00:47:40Pakistan has strictly followed the current loan program.
00:47:44Because the conditions were very strict.
00:47:45Climate financing, management of loan payments,
00:47:51and increasing the level of economic development,
00:47:53health and education should be discussed.
00:47:56I am so happy that we are talking about the education department and the health department.
00:48:03The IMF is also emphasizing on this.
00:48:05If you look at the allocation of the budget, we need to work in these two sectors.
00:48:10If we reduce the impact of social security and climate change on Pakistan,
00:48:16the conversation will continue online.
00:48:19That's right.
00:48:21The Minister of Treasury, Mohammad Aurangzeb,
00:48:23had a private conversation with the ARY News.
00:48:25He said that the goals of the IMF program should be fulfilled.
00:48:28According to the conditions, the goals are being fulfilled.
00:48:31He also said that the work of the Pakistani economic team
00:48:36was appreciated by the IMF delegation and the conversation was positive.
00:48:40The IMF delegation had a good conversation.
00:48:42The online conversation will continue and the results will be announced in the coming days.
00:48:47Let's talk about this.
00:48:49Abid Sulehri has joined us.
00:48:51Thank you so much, Abid, for joining us.
00:48:53Please tell us about the conversation between Pakistan and the IMF.
00:48:57Negotiations for the second installment of the loan have been successful.
00:49:01How important is this for our economy?
00:49:04What is the significance of this?
00:49:06What would you like to say on this?
00:49:10The staff-level mission has been successfully concluded.
00:49:15The IMF has not yet issued a statement on this.
00:49:21But the staff will recommend the next tranche to Pakistan.
00:49:29In fact, Pakistan has requested an additional $1.2 billion for climate change.
00:49:37The review mission has been endorsed by the IMF.
00:49:41Both these things will go to the executive board.
00:49:44The meeting is expected to take place in April or May.
00:49:47The final approval will be received there.
00:49:49The benefit of staying in the IMF is that the currency of Pakistan will be reliable and strong.
00:49:56We have seen that for the past year and a half,
00:49:59the Pakistani rupee has been able to maintain its value compared to the dollar.
00:50:03This has given a lot of certainty to our economy.
00:50:05Secondly, Pakistan's credit rating will be better.
00:50:10If you are in the IMF program and the IMF is endorsing your economic activities,
00:50:17it means that the credit rating agencies are endorsing the country's credit rating.
00:50:24These two things are good news for Pakistan's economy and macroeconomy.
00:50:29Mr. Abid, after receiving positive signals from the IMF,
00:50:34to what extent can international investors trust Pakistan?
00:50:42International investors depend on more than one thing.
00:50:48As you said, the endorsement of the IMF,
00:50:53the betterment of the credit rating is a positive indicator.
00:50:57But we will have to fix some things.
00:51:03For example, the Jaffar Express tragedy,
00:51:06in which our army successfully evacuated terrorists.
00:51:11But such news is certainly a source of concern and worry for international investors.
00:51:20The third important thing is political uncertainty.
00:51:25Physical security, political uncertainty and economic uncertainty
00:51:32are the reasons for the decision of an investor to invest or not.
00:51:39The IMF is one thing, but we have to continue our work on the other two aspects.
00:51:47Mr. Abid, the IMF has agreed to reduce Pakistan's tax target.
00:51:52What does this mean?
00:51:55We talk about bringing people into the tax net who do not pay taxes.
00:52:00To meet the tax target, more taxes are imposed on the salaried class.
00:52:05What does this statement mean? Will the tax be reduced?
00:52:09According to the agreement between the government and the IMF,
00:52:1412.9 trillion rupees were to be collected.
00:52:20Although the revenue has increased in the tax collection,
00:52:27but it was not meeting the target.
00:52:30The government presented a strong case that our economic growth is not according to that.
00:52:36Earlier it was thought that the economy would grow by 3-3.5%.
00:52:40Now the revised numbers are coming and the lack of cotton crop has been a major factor.
00:52:47The economy will not be able to collect taxes if it does not grow.
00:52:57Inflation has been controlled.
00:53:01Tax collection has not been done due to the increase in inflation.
00:53:06The size of the economy has decreased.
00:53:10Earlier it was considered to be an economy of 123 trillion rupees.
00:53:16Now it has decreased from 123 trillion to 116 trillion.
00:53:20The tax to GDP ratio will remain the same, 10.5%.
00:53:24But there is a decrease in the target of 600 billion rupees.
00:53:28So the salary class tax is not being reduced?
00:53:31I do not think so.
00:53:34The next budget will be made according to the IMF recommendation.
00:53:37The government is trying to expand the tax net.
00:53:43If the tax net expands, the minimum tax bracket will increase.
00:53:51If your monthly income exceeds 50,000 rupees,
00:53:55then the tax is imposed on that additional income.
00:53:58The government is trying to raise the tax bracket.
00:54:02I do not think that the entire tax bracket will be raised.
00:54:08We will give you good news.
00:54:11One billion dollars has been given to Pakistan by the IMF for climate finance.
00:54:18In which areas will this one billion dollars be used?
00:54:25How much help will Pakistan get from this to secure its environmental security?
00:54:35I think we should start with our statement that we will get it.
00:54:41The staff mission has to be fragmented.
00:54:45The final approval has to be given by the executive board.
00:54:48The staff mission evaluates in a purely technical way.
00:54:55The executive board is a political environment.
00:54:58Friends and enemies of the country try to use their influence.
00:55:03But God willing, this will happen.
00:55:06If this happens, then like in the time of Covid, Pakistan got a rapid facility.
00:55:12Similarly, one to two billion dollars will be given to Pakistan.
00:55:16Which will be used for the green economy.
00:55:21Which means how you can make your industry green.
00:55:25How to increase renewable energy.
00:55:28The funding for these projects will be used to make the economy green.
00:55:35Thank you so much Abit Suleri.
00:55:37Let's see if the online conversation will continue.
00:55:40I wanted to reduce the tax on the salary class.
00:55:45Let's see what happens when the budget comes.
00:55:49Let's talk about cricket.
00:55:51We haven't talked about cricket for a long time.
00:55:53Since the Champions Trophy ended.
00:55:55So what happened?
00:55:57Pakistan's own brand, Pakistan Super League Season 10.
00:56:01Think about it.
00:56:03We have been playing for 10 years.
00:56:05It's like yesterday's PSL Star.
00:56:07The very beautiful trophy of Season 10 is being displayed.
00:56:14It started in Hyderabad.
00:56:16It was taken to a school.
00:56:18The students made a lot of pictures with it.
00:56:22Look at the trophy.
00:56:24It's so beautiful.
00:56:26The name of this trophy is The Luminara.
00:56:28I believe this trophy came out of the depths of the sea.
00:56:33It's made like a mermaid.
00:56:35It has very precise detailing.
00:56:38It's so beautiful.
00:56:40The name of this trophy is Luminara.
00:56:41After Hyderabad, this trophy will be displayed in Karachi.
00:56:48The trophy will be toured 11 cities by 29th March.
00:56:52PSL 10 will be played in 4 cities of the country.
00:56:57Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Multan.
00:57:01It will be a great event.
00:57:03Teams will play against each other.
00:57:05It will be a different environment when PSL season starts.
00:57:08I am a bit satisfied.
00:57:09This time, I will support Karachi's team.
00:57:14Otherwise, you support Lahore's team.
00:57:17It's a good thing that I didn't support Karachi's team.
00:57:19Your friends will ask you what you did in Lahore.
00:57:21Did you go to Karachi and change?
00:57:23What will you say?
00:57:25But Karachi Kings play well.
00:57:27Lahore Gladiators.
00:57:29Any team can win.
00:57:31This is the advantage.
00:57:33It doesn't matter if you win or lose.
00:57:35We love you.
00:57:37We can apply here.
00:57:39Pakistan vs New Zealand series.
00:57:43T20 series will start from tomorrow.
00:57:48The trophy was displayed in Port Hills.
00:57:54Pakistan's Mohammad Haris and New Zealand's Ash Sodhi.
00:57:58Gladiators shot photos for the series.
00:58:02They made photos in different styles.
00:58:04They did batting, bowling and fielding sessions.
00:58:06New Zealand included Champions Trophy finalists.
00:58:11All-rounder Michael Breswell will lead the team after T20.
00:58:15Three one-day matches will be played between both teams.
00:58:19One thing is very important.
00:58:21Salman Agha, captain of T20 has changed.
00:58:24He will lead T20 for five matches.
00:58:27Fans are not happy with us.
00:58:30We didn't play cricket as per their expectations.
00:58:32But winning Asia Cup and T20 is our goal.
00:58:37The first match will be played at 6 o'clock tomorrow.
00:58:43Shahid Hashmi is with us.
00:58:46Thank you, Shahid.
00:58:48It's been a long time.
00:58:50We were missing cricket.
00:58:52Tomorrow is the first T20.
00:58:54What are your expectations?
00:58:56The captain has changed.
00:58:58The team has also changed.
00:58:59What are your expectations, Shahid?
00:59:03Our first step is to build our future.
00:59:12We don't want to lose or win in bilateral series.
00:59:16We want to develop our players.
00:59:18The biggest challenge will be T20 World Cup.
00:59:23We want to build for that.
00:59:25We have five T20s.
00:59:26We are going to decide a series from Bangladesh.
00:59:29It will be T20 One Day.
00:59:31Three of our T20s will be from West Indies.
00:59:34Lauder Hill will be in Florida in July-August.
00:59:37We have a home series from Afghanistan.
00:59:40We have a home series from South Africa.
00:59:44Test matches and white ball cricket.
00:59:46Pakistan has a good chance to prepare.
00:59:48Pakistan should build.
00:59:50Don't think about the results of bilateral series.
00:59:53Try some new players.
00:59:54We have two good players.
00:59:57They are like enigmas.
00:59:59Should we keep them or not?
01:00:01Rizwan and Babar.
01:00:03They are good T20 players.
01:00:05We have removed them.
01:00:07We are checking if Babar and Rizwan can play without them.
01:00:12These are the tests.
01:00:15We will see how Pakistan plays.
01:00:19The first match is in Christchurch.
01:00:21The wicket there supports the spinners.
01:00:24Do you think Pakistan should have let Ibrar and Sufian play?
01:00:30This is a strange issue.
01:00:32Christchurch doesn't support spinners.
01:00:36It's a small ground.
01:00:38New Zealand grounds are usually small.
01:00:40Even if the spinners miss it, it's a sixer.
01:00:43We let one spinner play in Dubai.
01:00:45The whole world was saying that one spinner is less.
01:00:49Now we are thinking of letting two spinners play in New Zealand.
01:00:51I don't think so.
01:00:53I think Pakistan will play more in fastballing.
01:00:56Pakistan has good fastballers.
01:00:58There is a good prospect.
01:01:00We checked it in Australia.
01:01:02Jahandar Khan bats well.
01:01:04He is good at left-handed bowling.
01:01:06We have to develop him for T20.
01:01:08Abbas Abidi is a very good fastballer.
01:01:11We took two new batsmen.
01:01:14Abdul Samad and Hassan Nawaz.
01:01:16Hassan Nawaz plays in top order.
01:01:18He hits high.
01:01:19We have to develop this player.
01:01:21We have to see how we move forward in this series.
01:01:23I think Shahid that the team we design,
01:01:28the team combination,
01:01:30they read the pitch differently.
01:01:32They don't read it like us.
01:01:34They think differently.
01:01:36Haris and Usman are wicket-keeper batters.
01:01:39Both were selected.
01:01:41Will this be the right decision?
01:01:43Will it be right to let them play?
01:01:45We should let Usman play.
01:01:46We should let Usman play.
01:01:48He is a T20 player.
01:01:50He has played well in PSL.
01:01:52He has scored centuries in good PSL.
01:01:55Although he was the top scorer in the Champions Cup one-day tournament.
01:01:59We should let him play.
01:02:01We took him to Australia, Zimbabwe, South Africa.
01:02:05We didn't let him play one-day.
01:02:07We played one-day with only one set of openers.
01:02:10Saim Ayub was unfit.
01:02:12Abdullah Shafiq was out of form.
01:02:13We searched for an opener.
01:02:15We didn't have an opener.
01:02:17We made Usman a part of the Champions Trophy without letting him play one-day.
01:02:21We didn't let him play.
01:02:23We should let him play.
01:02:25We should let Hassan Nawaz and Samad play.
01:02:27They are good players.
01:02:29They are good domestic performers.
01:02:31They won't be groomed until they play international cricket.
01:02:33What about the captaincy of Salman Aha?
01:02:35There was a lot of criticism that how did you make him the captain?
01:02:38He will be tested from tomorrow.
01:02:40What do you think?
01:02:42Salman Aha is a very good cricketer.
01:02:44He is intelligent and well-educated.
01:02:46We can see wisdom in his words.
01:02:48He can play well.
01:02:50T20 cricket is a little difficult for him.
01:02:52He is a good test and one-day player.
01:02:54Test and one-day are similar.
01:02:56T20 is a little different.
01:02:58But we can't rule out him.
01:03:00He is a good player.
01:03:02He can hit high.
01:03:04In the Tri-Series match in South Africa, he scored 5-6 and 16-4.
01:03:07He scored a great century.
01:03:09He can hit well.
01:03:11Let's see how he develops himself.
01:03:13As a T20 player and as a T20 captain.
01:03:15Done.
01:03:17Let's see tomorrow.
01:03:19Hope for the best.
01:03:21Thank you very much, Mr. Shahid Ashmi for joining us.
01:03:23He won't be groomed or groomed tomorrow.
01:03:25This was people's own wish.
01:03:27Let's see.
01:03:29We have to prepare the team.
01:03:31Otherwise, we will be stuck in the same cycle.
01:03:33Sadaf, when we talk about cricket,
01:03:35how can we forget Ramadan cricket?
01:03:37You must have seen it during Sehri.
01:03:39The atmosphere of cricket in Karachi.
01:03:41Cricket in every lane.
01:03:43Cricket in every lane.
01:03:45Boys are crazy about it.
01:03:47Traffic is coming and going.
01:03:49No matter.
01:03:51Balls are coming and going.
01:03:53I have seen the fever of cricket a lot in Karachi.
01:03:55Yes, especially in Karachi.
01:03:57We will show you.
01:03:59This is a road.
01:04:01Look at it.
01:04:03This is the road of the buffer zone.
01:04:05There is a road above it.
01:04:0730 matches were played on this road.
01:04:09Mashallah.
01:04:11They were playing at a distance.
01:04:1330?
01:04:15Oh, I mean.
01:04:17Who is bringing curd at home?
01:04:19Tell me.
01:04:21No, the curd that mom orders at the last moment.
01:04:23Sometimes the onion is over.
01:04:25Sometimes the tomato is over.
01:04:27Who is bringing it?
01:04:29I think they have brought curd and given it.
01:04:31And then they left.
01:04:33There is good publicity on the road.
01:04:35This road is clean.
01:04:37You know, Crick Info has talked about it.
01:04:39Crick Info has uploaded it.
01:04:41Okay.
01:04:43Yes, thank God the road was clean.
01:04:45This is being talked about on international media.
01:04:47Yes.
01:04:49And they have shared the video of the buffer zone on social media.
01:04:51As Saim is telling, 30 different matches are being played on the road.
01:04:54And the video has been shared by ESPN Crick Info.
01:04:57Yes.
01:04:59So, this is the identity of Pakistan.
01:05:01And the cricket in the streets of Pakistan.
01:05:03Yes.
01:05:04You know, there is a bloodshed of Pakistanis and boys.
01:05:06And this positive image is being built of Pakistan.
01:05:09Especially when you know that cricket season is going on.
01:05:12And Crick Info has especially shared this video.
01:05:15And when our hearts are so broken.
01:05:17Yes.
01:05:19Despite that, see how alive our hearts are that we are playing cricket.
01:05:21I think cricket is in the blood of children in Pakistan.
01:05:23Yes.
01:05:25Night.
01:05:27In Ramadan, night cricket is a very festive atmosphere.
01:05:29It goes on till Sehri.
01:05:31Okay, this is 12.
01:05:32Yes, 12.
01:05:34At 1 o'clock, the wickets start coming.
01:05:36Then the tape starts coming on the ball.
01:05:38Then the bat boy comes with the bat.
01:05:40And the matches start at 1 o'clock.
01:05:42And this goes on till 3 o'clock.
01:05:443, 3.30.
01:05:46Then mom calls.
01:05:48Son, bring curd on the way.
01:05:50Bring curd on the way.
01:05:52We are going on a break.
01:05:54We are not going to take curd.
01:05:56We will come back after the break.
01:05:58Stay with us.
01:05:59We are in the middle of the night.
01:06:01And everyone knows how much Elon Musk speaks in this.
01:06:04So we are also no less than anyone.
01:06:06We are also not behind.
01:06:08And we tell you that in Qatar Eco Marathon 2025,
01:06:11Pakistanis have made a big name.
01:06:14The team of NU Karachi has defeated 61 international teams in communication competitions
01:06:20and got the first position.
01:06:22In fact, not only this,
01:06:24the Pakistani team has also made a place in the top 10 in the urban category.
01:06:27And this great success is the result of the hard work and dedication of these students.
01:06:32So let's meet them.
01:06:34Of course, we have with us in the studio,
01:06:36Operations Lead Mohammad Shamsiddiqi
01:06:38and Wasifa Umar who is Marketing and Communications Lead.
01:06:41Thank you very much both of you for joining us in the program.
01:06:44And Ramadan Mubarak.
01:06:46First of all, tell us what is Eco Marathon?
01:06:48Describe this event.
01:06:50So Shell Eco Marathon is a competition
01:06:52that Shell organizes every year.
01:06:54Shell Global.
01:06:55And basically it is organized in different regions.
01:06:58Pakistan lies in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region.
01:07:03And this year it was organized in Qatar.
01:07:05There are three different fuel categories in this competition.
01:07:08Which are Hydrogen, Internal Combustion Engine and Electric.
01:07:11And there are two design categories which are Proto and Urban.
01:07:15And the cars of all these categories are manufactured by the students themselves
01:07:19and brought from different countries.
01:07:21And they compete in the competition basically.
01:07:22It is a race.
01:07:24And the competition basically targets fuel efficiency.
01:07:28That how many kilometers your car is traveling and how much fuel is in it.
01:07:32So according to that, there are races.
01:07:34And then we get into the ranking.
01:07:36And according to that, then we go to the drivers.
01:07:38Was your car an electric car?
01:07:40Yes, we participated with two cars and both were electric cars.
01:07:42And you have assembled all the parts here.
01:07:44All the parts were made here.
01:07:46Exactly. We have a team which has different departments.
01:07:48Electrical, Mechanical and Communications, Marketing.
01:07:52So the students design, simulate and then fabricate, assemble and make the car.
01:07:58So Abbasa, you tell us, you are the team leader.
01:08:01So what was your role in this?
01:08:03And the place that you have made in the top 10,
01:08:06tell us how challenging was that competition?
01:08:09So as far as it is concerned, we won the communications award.
01:08:13So as I am marketing and communication.
01:08:15So our main target was to easily convey our message to everyone.
01:08:19Via social media.
01:08:20Via social media, via physical appliances.
01:08:22We did a lot of activities through this award.
01:08:25And as far as making a place in the top 10,
01:08:27we had 61 teams in the competition.
01:08:30It was a good competition.
01:08:32There were a lot of technologically advanced teams.
01:08:34So it was difficult.
01:08:36But it was because we worked very hard.
01:08:38After five years, we went to the competition.
01:08:40And then we did it there.
01:08:42There was almost a technical inspection.
01:08:44And it is very important to clear the safety inspection.
01:08:46And we cleared it first.
01:08:47So what challenges did you face?
01:08:50What was the most difficult thing in this event?
01:08:55If we talk about it,
01:08:57we worked on it for four months.
01:09:00The most difficult thing was our shipment.
01:09:03To ship the cars from Pakistan to Qatar.
01:09:06That was a difficult part.
01:09:08Secondly, there was a technical inspection.
01:09:10Because they look at the smallest things.
01:09:12In Pakistan, we don't have that environment.
01:09:15We have a lot of things.
01:09:17So we don't focus on them.
01:09:19But they look at every minute detail of your car.
01:09:22If your seat belt is a little loose,
01:09:24you can disqualify.
01:09:26So that was a very challenging part.
01:09:28It took us three days.
01:09:30The technical inspection kept going.
01:09:32And then after all, we cleared it.
01:09:34Tell us about the communication competition.
01:09:37What effort did you make in this?
01:09:39And why did you get the first position?
01:09:41What did the rest of the people lack?
01:09:43In the communications award,
01:09:44you have to approach and apply.
01:09:46Everyone has social media and Instagram.
01:09:49If you go offline,
01:09:51you have exhibitions and everything.
01:09:54But we made the content audience-oriented.
01:09:59For example, if we have a queue,
01:10:01what type of content will it engage in?
01:10:03If we have to tell a normal person these concepts,
01:10:05how can we tell them?
01:10:07We categorized it and made the content.
01:10:10We tried a lot of new things in our content.
01:10:12For example,
01:10:14if we can't take our cars everywhere,
01:10:16we made AR for it.
01:10:18We made our cars.
01:10:20We appealed to the jury of Shell.
01:10:25We applied a different approach for everything.
01:10:28Before this event,
01:10:30what other events did you participate in?
01:10:32And what honors did you get?
01:10:34This team has been in the university since 2009.
01:10:37And our main competition,
01:10:39which we target, is the Shell Eco-marathon.
01:10:40But we will also be targeting another competition,
01:10:42which is Technophase in Turkey.
01:10:44And that is also an efficiency challenge.
01:10:46Its main goal is fuel efficiency.
01:10:49So, Inshallah,
01:10:51in the coming September,
01:10:53we will go to Turkey with a different car.
01:10:55And who is funding for all this?
01:10:57This is all from sponsors.
01:10:59These are private and public sector companies
01:11:01that we sponsor.
01:11:03And if you talk about the major sponsors at the moment,
01:11:05we have the biggest one is PSO.
01:11:07Tell us about your future plans.
01:11:09What do you want to do?
01:11:11What will Team InVision do in the future?
01:11:13Our main target is competition.
01:11:15Apart from that,
01:11:17we want to create a system within Pakistan
01:11:19that allows competition in Pakistan.
01:11:21We want to do something like Eco-marathon
01:11:23with different schools and colleges.
01:11:25This is our target now.
01:11:27When we came to the university,
01:11:29we became a part of this culture.
01:11:31So, we want to do something like Eco-marathon.
01:11:33We want to do something like Eco-marathon.
01:11:35We want to do something like Eco-marathon.
01:11:37We want to do something like Eco-marathon.
01:11:39Our bond students in colleges
01:11:41and schools are interested
01:11:43and are dedicated.
01:11:45So, we are part of this approach.
01:11:47We are trying this year
01:11:49or next year
01:11:51to organize a similar competition in Pakistan.
01:11:53We will invite teams from schools and colleges
01:11:55and they will build a car
01:11:57and compete against one another.
01:11:59In our country,
01:12:01cars are not manufactured.
01:12:03Cars are imported from outside
01:12:05and assembled here.
01:12:07Exactly, because in this competition, the students are designing, manufacturing, some are doing it from outside and some are doing the assembly themselves.
01:12:16So, exactly this is, you can say, a very good way to build that mindset into the students.
01:12:23What did you learn from the top 10 places you made?
01:12:27So, we went to the competition after 6 years.
01:12:30Due to COVID, we were not able to participate because the shipping cost was very high at that time.
01:12:35We could not afford it.
01:12:36So, there were teams which were highly experienced.
01:12:39If I talk about Indonesia, all the major awards and all the winnings are with Indonesia.
01:12:45Because during COVID, the competition was held in Indonesia.
01:12:49So, their mindset and infrastructure of the students developed and they learned a lot.
01:12:54So, the first thing is to interact.
01:12:57Exposure is very good.
01:12:59People have come from 16 different countries.
01:13:01Secondly, you get to learn a lot from their product.
01:13:04Which we would be applying in the upcoming year so that our product can be better.
01:13:08Perfect.
01:13:09So, do you have a message for all the young people who are watching our program?
01:13:15You can do for all the women who are watching you, you can do for all the men.
01:13:19So, I would just say keep trying, keep pushing your boundaries.
01:13:22Because we don't know what we can do.
01:13:24We don't know about our capacities and capabilities.
01:13:27But we have everything.
01:13:29If I talk about the people outside, they are just like us.
01:13:32But they push themselves and come out of their comfort zone and try to do something.
01:13:37Yeah, because we are having limited resources.
01:13:40Everything is limited.
01:13:41But we have the talent.
01:13:43So, we can push the boundaries and we can make Pakistan proud.
01:13:46Perfect.
01:13:47Push the boundaries and make Pakistan proud.
01:13:48Thank you so much.
01:13:49Thank you very much for joining us in the program.
01:13:50Thank you, Mohsin.
01:13:51Thank you, Wasifa.
01:13:52Thank you both of you.
01:13:53You see how well Pakistani students are working.
01:13:57It is important to get recognition for this.
01:14:00So that we can connect this with our country's industry and economy.
01:14:06We have never heard of such games.
01:14:08Snowshoeing is something I have never heard before.
01:14:11Very impressive.
01:14:12Shoo, shoo.
01:14:13That's how it was.
01:14:14That's how it was.
01:14:15Let's go on a break.
01:14:16Please stay with us.
01:14:21Welcome back.
01:14:22Let's include an important update in the program.

01:15:07On the other hand, the security forces have reiterated to the President that
01:15:11the extradition of foreigners will be completed at all costs.
01:15:13Yes, sir.
01:15:14Okay.
01:15:15Laiq was telling us that the security forces carried out two different operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
01:15:20The first operation was carried out in Mohammad, where the intelligence based operation was carried out.
01:15:23Seven foreigners were killed.

01:15:47The operations of the security forces will continue until the end of terrorism.
01:15:53Yes, let's include one more important update.
01:15:55In Karachi, in the nursery of Faisal,
01:15:57the woman who was killed in the guest house,
01:15:59Iram's wife, was found dead and was taken to the governor's house for interrogation.
01:16:03Due to the interrogation, the traffic was stopped.
01:16:06The wife accused her husband of killing her.
01:16:11The victim also accused her husband of killing her.
01:16:16Let's hear more from Afzal Khan.
01:16:42We want justice.
01:16:44We called Iram on the phone.
01:16:47He said, this is my last meeting with you.
01:16:52He brought a cake.
01:16:54I don't know what was in the cake.
01:16:56It was a medicine for insomnia.
01:16:57He stole it.
01:16:58First he fed him the cake.
01:17:00Then he stole it.
01:17:02He killed him.
01:17:05We appealed to Saeed Ghani.
01:17:09But Saeed Ghani did not listen to us.
01:17:11What did the police say?
01:17:13The police arrested his brother and released him.
01:17:17The police released him for Rs 50,000.
01:17:20Yes, of course.
01:17:21Iram's family is protesting outside the governor's house.
01:17:25They demand that Iram's ex-husband be arrested and punished severely.
01:17:31Yes.
01:17:32This was the update.
01:17:33We will show you more news from Karachi.
01:17:35In Karachi, the number of cases of Khasra has increased.
01:17:37In Rawasal and Sindh, there are more than 2,000 cases of Khasra.
01:17:40In Karachi, there are more than 900 cases of Khasra.
01:17:45Anwar Khan is with us.
01:17:47He will tell us the details.
01:17:48Anwar, what are the numbers?
01:17:50In Karachi, there are more than 2,000 cases of Khasra.
01:17:54In total, there are more than 900 cases of Khasra.
01:17:57There is a risk of 4 to 6 major cases of Khasra.
01:18:01In Karachi, there is only one such hospital.
01:18:03The situation is very dangerous.
01:18:06According to the Ministry of Health, the age of Khasra is less than 5 years.
01:18:09According to some children, the age of Khasra is 22 years old.
01:18:12Khasra is a viral disease that attacks children.
01:18:15The situation is such that the symptoms of Khasra include fever, cold, cough, and dizziness.
01:18:19If Khasra affects the lungs, death due to pneumonia also occurs.
01:18:23The general situation is such that in Karachi, there is a risk of Khasra.
01:18:28These are the numbers obtained from the government.
01:18:31Apart from this, there are a lot of private hospitals where there are no reports.
01:18:35The basic reason for Khasra is that there are a lot of vaccines available.
01:18:40Due to the death of parents, there is a lot of carelessness.
01:18:43They did not complete the vaccine for their children according to the schedule.
01:18:46The vaccine that was given by the government, if it had been completed,
01:18:50there would have been no reports.
01:18:52Okay, thank you very much.
01:18:56May Allah forgive me that I had Khasra.
01:18:59Do you know when I had my O-Levels exams?
01:19:02You won't believe that there is a lot of pressure for the CIE exams,
01:19:06for the invigilator, and for the cameras.
01:19:09We were in the All-Town Country Club.
01:19:11They took me aside and put up partitions.
01:19:14They isolated you.
01:19:16I was in the partition and the invigilator was in front of me.
01:19:20Because it spreads.
01:19:23You must have remembered that experience.
01:19:26I can't tell you how I passed the exams.
01:19:28Yet, I managed to get 4 A-Stars and 4 A's.
01:19:31Wow!
01:19:33You are a student.
01:19:35Despite the measles, you got good marks.
01:19:38Let's talk about Ramadan.
01:19:42When everyone is going back to their homes,
01:19:45we see that there is a lot of rush.
01:19:47Now, there is a lot of rush in the market.
01:19:50Keep some space for each other.
01:19:53Tolerance.
01:19:55Don't rush.
01:19:57Don't rush forward.
01:20:00Our society is so intolerant.
01:20:02If you honk, they don't care about fasting.
01:20:04They start fighting.
01:20:06Don't honk.
01:20:08Have patience and tolerance.
01:20:10Accept others as well.
01:20:12When there is a line of women on the counter,
01:20:14be patient.
01:20:16Don't push each other.
01:20:18That's all for today.
01:20:20See you tomorrow with new topics and new ideas.
01:20:22Assalam-o-Alaikum.
01:20:24Take care.
01:20:25Allah Hafiz.
