00:00I guess we're looking at that kind of triangle. If he plays, that is, Windass.

00:07If you're looking at that triangle of Ballon, Charles and Windass as being the three key components of the team,

00:13if they're all there, then you would hope that things go well for Wednesday.

00:18Yeah, Josh has been almost a victim of his own success this season

00:25because his record in terms of his availability has been really good this year.

00:30But because of that and because of his goal return and his general contribution to the team,

00:36he's been shifted about quite a lot. He's played as a winger, he's played as a striker.

00:43Anyone who's seen Josh Windass play knows that he's best used in that number 10 role.

00:49That's where he's most effective. Josh is hitting good numbers now.

00:56I think he's two goals away from overtaking Marcus Fuggaier, who's Wednesday's top scorer of the century.

01:02To do that as effectively as an attacking midfielder is really good going.

01:07I think Josh sometimes gets spoken about like he's a striker and he's not.

01:14Like you say, that midfield trio, what we could see with Wednesday is,

01:20they've used a lot of formations and they've utilised the team in different ways,

01:24but what we could see is almost like a 4-2-3-1 where you've got Barry and Shade holding,

01:30one of them getting up and down and then Josh sitting in front of them.

01:34That'll open up things for whether it's Pato and Gassama, whoever they might play out wide.

01:40Those three really make Wednesday tick. They're all very good footballers in their own right,

01:46but they offer different things.

01:48Shae Charles is one of the best players of his age that I've seen play at Wednesday in recent years.

01:56He's got a lot of everything. We were joking earlier about United and them winning.

02:02That does say a lot about his ability and his quality.

02:06Pushing for automatic emotion was helping to look at Shade as an option.
