00:00The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency or PDEA is currently investigating reports of drug money

00:05allegedly being used for the upcoming 2025 elections. According to PDEA's spokesperson

00:11attorney Joseph Calulot, although there is no official verification yet, they have received

00:16numerous reports from political opponents alleging that drug money is being used to

00:21discredit rivals. The agency continues to monitor the situation and conduct investigations to ensure

00:28no illegal activities will take place during the elections.
