00:14Your labs show significant levels of organophosphate.

00:17What's that?

00:19Pesticide poisoning. We're going to administer atropine. It's an involuntary nervous system blocker. Also some prolidoxine.

00:26A nerve agent inhibitor?

00:28It helps with this kind of poisoning. Improves respiratory function.

00:31We'll monitor his kidney function for a few days. The goal is to avoid organ failure.

00:38Kat?

00:39Yeah?

00:41This has to be what got Birch.

00:43Yeah, good point.

00:44How do you get exposed to organophosphates?

00:46It could be a number of things. Food, landfills, chemicals.

00:50Yeah, we had a guy die suddenly at our fire camp. No explanation why?

00:56Then I would definitely call CDCR Health. Have the camp tested. I'll check on you later.
