Written by Pierre Esteve and Fab Mariani Hope is a 10minute film that serves as a series pilot. In Hope we follow three characters the Pilgrim the Woman and the Man at the onset of their journeys woven through with themes of identity alienation yearning becoming integration. Evoking past present and future from creation to transcendence presenting scenes both down to earth and cosmic struggles individual and universal Hope weaves through its narrative the riddle of fate and free will. It presents the world as a labyrinth within which individual struggles and aspirations may be the echo of greater more ancient forces and fate itself more than being predestination a thread of opportunity for individual freedom within the cosmic scheme.
