00:05Electric motorcycle from Ultraviolet that they recently launched and this is the shockwave

00:11So this is basically an off-road electric motorcycle from Ultraviolet, which has launched at the price of rupees

00:171.5 lakh ex-showroom, which is the

00:20Introductory price and after 1000 bookings the price of this motorcycle will increase from 1.5 to 1.75

00:27So the introductory price of the all-new ultraviolet shockwave for now is 1.5 lakh ex-showroom

00:34So in today's video, we are going to talk about the top five things that you need to know about the all-new

00:41Ultraviolet shockwave so ultraviolet recently launched another EV scooter

00:45That was the tesseract and obviously that has blown away the internet now

00:53So in meanwhile, let us talk about the shockwave and let me tell you five interesting things that this motorcycle gets

00:59So what is the ultraviolet shockwave? So basically it is a motorcycle

01:05It's an off-road motorcycle that ultraviolet has made and it is basically a look-alike like the two-stroke

01:12Off-road motorcycles that used to come and ultraviolet is calling it the funduro motorcycle like just you have the enduro motorcycle

01:19So they are calling this the funduro motorcycle and let's talk about the design and features of the shockwave

01:24So basically this motorcycle has as I told you it's an enduro motorcycle and it features a vertically aligned

01:31LED dual LED of headlight that is sitting on top of each other and

01:37It also gets dual purpose off-road tires

01:39It gets a tall windscreen wired spoke wheels and the bike is available in two color options

01:46So the seating arrangement is just like an off-road motorcycle

01:50It's a single piece long seat for the rider as well as the pillion. It's a

01:54it gets a high set handlebar with the brace pads and

01:59It also has a portrait style digital instrument cluster that also features Bluetooth connectivity

02:05And that instrument cluster is also paired through a LTE which is an integrated eSIM feature

02:11Now let's talk about the performance of the ultraviolet shockwave

02:14So the ultraviolet shockwave basically, it's an electric vehicle. So first thing will be the range

02:19so the IDC certified range of the shockwave is

02:23165 kilometers to a single charge now the electric motor delivers around 14.5 bhp of peak power

02:30alongside it produces

02:32505 nm of peak torque at the wheel now that is some really hard talk and which is absolutely necessary for an

02:40off-road vehicle

02:41With the top speed of 120 kilometers this can accelerate from 0 to 60 in just 2.9 seconds making it a very ideal off-road

02:49To be loved so the suspension of the ultraviolet shockwave includes a 37 mm telescopic front fork

02:55Which has almost 200 mm of travel and you also get a monoshock at the rear which has almost 180 mm of travel again

03:03The travel distance is more than enough for you to do some off-roading

03:06The bike gets a 19 inch front wheel a 17 inch rear wheel tires on the front is a

03:121990 r19 and at the rear you get a 110 90 and 17 section of tire

03:18Now if we talk about the braking of the motorcycle to enhance the braking of the motorcycle, obviously you have

03:24Two discs set up one at the front one at the back

03:27You have dual channel ABS and the rear ABS can be switched off so that you can have some fun

03:32Off-road now once again, let me tell you the price of this motorcycle

03:35so this has launched at a price of rupees 1.5 lakh ex-showroom for the first 1,000 buyers and

03:41After that the introductory price will increase to 1.75 lakh ex-showroom
