00:00This National Women's Month, who else will rise to the top among us women, if not us women?

00:07That's why I organized a forum where empowered women from different industries spoke

00:14to empower women, of course. Let's take a look.

00:19In this ever-changing world, the role of women is becoming more important and important.

00:26The concept of Women Inspiring Women is a true way for women to help empower their presence and voice.

00:35And as part of Women's Month, a forum was organized to tell the story of 12 women from different fields and sectors.

00:44Among the women speakers was the Philippine Commission on Women Chairperson, Ermelita Valdivilla,

00:50Department of Trade and Industry, IUSEC, Blesila Lantayona,

00:55Brand Ambassador, Small Laude, UN Women National Goodwill Ambassador, Karen Davila, and others.

01:02Some of the important issues discussed in the program included women leadership, gender inclusivity, age and work empowerment.

01:12Aside from these, the success and contribution of women when it comes to business cannot be underestimated.

01:20The people we deal with are women, a lot of the women entrepreneurs.

01:24Because we really encourage that, we even have startup programs only designed for women.

01:31So we do that as well. So it's really to encourage women to really lead and to do business.

01:39Aside from the forum, a gallery exhibit was also opened that contains pictures of mirrors in the history of women.

01:48It's really an honor for me to showcase the story of these ladies.

01:53For me, it was very inspiring as a woman first to spend time with these ladies and to see their lives.

01:59And to me, photographing them is also a way to celebrate who they are.

02:04Through these activities, the voices of women are getting louder and their importance in different aspects of life is being shown.

02:16We dream of a future where gender equality is no longer an aspiration, but a reality for all.

02:24Thank you again for being here today, for being a part of this important movement,

02:28and for helping us create a world that is fairer, stronger, and more inclusive for all.

02:35This is just one of the important steps towards a more equal world for all, whether they are women, men, or part of the LGBTQIA+.
