Iza Calzado on current state of local movie industry; no teleserye soon?

In this interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Iza Calzado was asked if she's bothered by the observations that local movies only get appreciated every MMFF season and that movies produced and shown after the MMFF fail in the box-office.

Iza replied that she's counting on the moviegoers' word-of-mouth for her movie's chances to do well at the box office. Iza stars with Dimples Romana in the upcoming horror-thriller "The Caretakers."

Asked if she will be doing a teleserye soon, she answered that she's very intentional with accepting projects that will take her time from her family.
