00:00Los Angeles Lakers and Boston Celtics met for the first time since Silica Doncic joined the Purple and Gold franchise.

00:10The Lakers and Celtics are both No. 2 seeds of each conference.

00:14That's why a lot of people believe that this could be a preview of the NBA Finals this year.

00:21And if these two teams compete for the title, it looks like the Celtics will win back-to-back championships.

00:29The Boston Celtics dominated the game 1-1, 111-101,

00:35led by Jason Tatum who scored 40 points, 12 rebounds, and 8 assists.

00:40Unfortunately, LeBron James didn't finish the game

00:44because he missed the playing court in the last 6 minutes of the 4th quarter due to an injury.

00:50This is where the Lakers' 8th game winning streak ends

00:54and they also fell to the No. 3 spot of the Western Conference.

00:58The defending champions were able to get their 4th consecutive win.
