In a remarkable turn of events, a Peruvian man miraculously survived after being run over by a train in Lima during the early hours of Saturday (March 8).

00:00In a remarkable turn of events, a Peruvian man miraculously survived after being run
00:09over by a train in Lima during the early hours of Saturday.
00:14Surveillance footage from the Ate district captured the astonishing incident, showing
00:18the man asleep on the rail tracks just as a slow-moving train approached.
00:23Incredibly, the train rolled over him, but he managed to get up and limp away.
00:28A local official interviewed by local media outlets said the victim, identified as a 28-year-old
00:34man, appeared to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
00:40Police and an ambulance were promptly dispatched to the scene, and the man was taken to a nearby
00:45hospital for evaluation.
00:47According to media reports, he sustained pressure-related attrition on the second and third fingers
00:52of his left hand.
