00:00I feel very lucky to be surrounded by other female leaders and female role models in our

00:10school. Actually young females in our primary cohort, it's really nice they can look up to us

00:18and see what female leaders look like and that they can do everything that males can. Well I

00:23think that it gives off a really good example of how women can work together and you know make a

00:30difference just as well as men can. I really like our all-female leadership team, I think we work

00:36together really well and are good role models for the school and all the kids. Every day should be

00:40International Women's Day, I think we should all just recognise people as a whole and like

00:45individual characters and not just their gender, I think we should recognise people as a whole but

00:50specifically women because like let's be so honest our entire world is built off the back of women.
