00:22the gap on Monaco in fourth as well as on Nice in third. Currently seven points separating

00:29these teams. Lyon really can ill afford to lose this one if they had to stand a chance

00:35of getting back into the Champions League which is their aim. Bit of an awkward one

00:40of course this, falling in between the two legs of that Europa League tie against FCSB.

06:37to put Lyon in front. Lyon on course for a huge victory now.

07:13Taddeofico forwards and there is Scherke. Almada helps it on and the shot from

07:28that range is an absolutely breathtaking goal from Ernest Neuermar. Lyon score again. It's

07:37another substitute on target and it's been a much improved second half performance from Lyon

07:46tonight. Ryan Scherke coming off the bench to get the opener and Ernest Neuermar.

07:54Another player who dropped out of the starting 11 this evening.

07:59It can be infuriatingly inconsistent at times but he's got that ability to strike the ball

08:04from range. That's one of the goals of the weekend if not one of the goals of the month.

08:13Martin Bucca his giant frame beaten all ends up. Almada again and Almada playing an excellent ball

08:22through. It's picked up by Nico Taddeofico. Can Lyon get a third goal? Bucca with the save.

08:28I feel that came back off Taddeofico and it clearly did but Scherke and Neuermar with the goals

08:37and Lyon will leave Nice with a huge victory. That's what it means to Paulo Fonseca

08:43and his team of analysts high up in the main stand here Fonseca.

08:49A gigantic win for Lyon taking points away from number three on the table.

08:55Nice will stay third three points away from Marseille.
