00:26American counterpart Donald Trump that he posted on his social media account.

00:56She said the pause of tariffs was made possible after the Mexican and U.S. governments worked

01:04together to reduce fentanyl seizures at their border by 41.5% and beef up border patrols.

01:12Trump said he reckoned their positive achievements.

01:43The U.S. imposed the 20-25% tariffs on Mexico, Canada, and China after declaring a national

01:50emergency due to deaths from fentanyl overdoses, saying that the drug and its precursor chemicals

01:56make their way from China to the country via Canada and Mexico.

02:01Your foreign affairs minister yesterday called all of this a psychodrama.

02:08Canada has called the shifting situation with tariffs a psychodrama, saying that it

02:14will stand firm as long as the unjustified tariffs remain in place.

02:20As for the border fentanyl, I always say one gram is too much, but we've put over 10,000

02:26personnel on our borders.

02:27We have fixed-winged aircraft, helicopters, everything.

02:32But what he doesn't report is the hundreds of kilos of cocaine that we just apprehended

02:39at our border, just Ontario alone, the opioids, the fentanyl, the guns, the illegals coming
