00:00The mercy of the mind has spread again, how do I face you?
00:12I am falling, just hold me.
00:18Welcome to you.
00:20We have this session with the Ulema.
00:23Obviously, the time is very tight.
00:25So, without any introduction, your questions, Ulema's answers,
00:29will be displayed on the screen.
00:31During this segment, you can send your questions in video or audio.
00:36We will try to include the questions.
00:38InshaAllah.
00:39Jalab-e-Qibla Mufti Akmal Sahib, Dr. Mohammad Reza Daudani Sahib.
00:42Thank you very much.
00:44Show us the first question.
00:46I am from Kutch, India.
00:48My name is Asghar.
00:50For example, my jaqat is 10,000.
00:53Give 5,000 to one and 5,000 to the other.
00:57How to do this?
00:59We get a lot of love from the people of India.
01:02Throughout the year, in the name of Ramadan,
01:04Salam to everyone who is watching.
01:07Qibla.
01:08In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
01:10You can give your zakat to different people.
01:13It is not necessary to give to one person.
01:16It happens sometimes that our mind is made up that we have to give more than one.
01:22However, one is very much in need.
01:25And one is such that even if we don't give, he will survive.
01:28So don't make it in your mind that I have to give more than one.
01:32If there is one person who deserves it.
01:34Who is more than others and he is not so much in need.
01:37Then give it all to him so that he fulfills his needs.
01:40Absolutely right.
01:42I don't have zakat on money.
01:44It may not be in money.
01:46But basically, whatever has zakat in it,
01:49The Holy Qur'an has mentioned its eight pillars.
01:53The top of the list is the poor and the needy.
01:57And the wisdom in it is that the one who is more deserving.
02:00He should be given more priority in it.
02:02So that his problems can be solved.
02:04The standard of the poor is that the one who has more allowable expenses.
02:08And he has less allowable income.
02:10Or he has already accumulated wealth.
02:13That is, the capital he has available.
02:15He should not be so much that he can fulfill his expenses.
02:19So how much can be given to him?
02:21So that his needs can be fulfilled for a year.
02:23So that once his needs are fulfilled for a year.
02:25Then he will be out of the definition of a fakir in Jafri.
02:28Right.
02:29Absolutely right.
02:30Next question.
02:32What is the command in the Sunnah of the Prophet, or in the Qur'an and Hadith.
02:36That the attitude of the family should be different.
02:40And the brothers and sisters should be different from the relatives.
02:43And as soon as they come home, their attitude should be totally changed.
02:47So please guide me on this.
02:49She is a lady and she is asking a question.
02:51She is asking about the father.
02:53I think she has asked generally.
02:55She has asked generally.
02:57According to the Hadith of the family.
02:59Yes, tell me.
03:01She is asking about the husband.
03:03About the husband.
03:05Look, there can be two reasons for this.
03:07The first thing is that why their attitude at home is different.
03:11Is it because of a mistake of the family?
03:14If this is the case, then they should accept their own mistake.
03:17And remove that mistake.
03:19Then their attitude will automatically improve.
03:21And if this is the case, then their emotions, feelings, and inner demands are dominant.
03:27And they are towards unjustified actions.
03:30When they go to their mother or siblings,
03:32Their feelings change and they are very kind.
03:34But when they come home,
03:36Some people say that Mufti Sahib, when I go home,
03:38I don't know why I start getting angry.
03:40When I see my wife and children,
03:42I start getting angry.
03:44Then we say that we don't control our feelings.
03:46We say that an aunt has done magic,
03:48Let's check it.
03:50Look, those who have rights on you,
03:52Coming to them,
03:54Seeing them with a smile,
03:56Will give them a lot of courage.
03:58Then the Prophet said,
04:00I am the best of my family.
04:02The best of you is the one who is the best in the matter of his family.
04:07And I am the best of you in the matter of my family.
04:11So it should be that they come to their home and have the same attitude.
04:14I am very sorry to say this in my statements.
04:16Sometimes when Haji Sahib goes to the mosque,
04:18People say, Haji Sahib, please come forward.
04:20And Haji Sahib is saying in humility,
04:22I am a dog, I am a scoundrel.
04:24But when he comes home,
04:26Mustafa Qureshi and Sultan Rahi should also be ashamed.
04:28That a great teacher has come from us in the house.
04:30Fighting, hitting,
04:32In Ramadan,
04:34If the salt is less,
04:36Remove the honor and put it on the hand.
04:38She has been standing in front of the stove for 4-5 hours.
04:40This attitude is completely wrong.
04:42If you disheart in this,
04:44You will adopt an inappropriate attitude.
04:46In the field of society,
04:48Because of violating the rights of the people,
04:50They will be held accountable.
04:52And if Allah wills,
04:54He will take out their good deeds in their name.
04:56And if the account is not completed,
04:58He will take out their sins and put them in their name.
05:00And it is possible that Allah does not,
05:02Entering hell.
05:04Because they are adopting an inappropriate style.
05:06And without any reason,
05:08They will be held accountable.
05:10The basic thing is,
05:12If we take guidance from the verse of the Quran,
05:14That they are a dress for you,
05:16And you are a dress for them.
05:18They are a dress for you,
05:20And you are a dress for them.
05:22If you look at the meaning of dress,
05:24What is the meaning of dress?
05:26The scholars of Tafsir have put a river of controversy in this.
05:28What is the meaning of dress?
05:30One thing of dress is to cover,
05:32To hide.
05:34The way dress covers the human body,
05:36In the same way,
05:38Husband and wife cover each other.
05:40As much as they know each other,
05:42No one else can be so aware.
05:44They do the work of covering the flaws.
05:46In the same way, what is the work of dress?
05:48One thing of dress is that,
05:50It protects from the effects of cold and heat.
05:54Like a person wears a sweater in winter.
05:56Why? So that the effects of winter do not reach him.
05:58In the same way,
06:00Husband and wife are clothes for each other.
06:02They protect each other from the cold and heat of the world.
06:04The third thing that has been explained in this,
06:06One thing of dress is to decorate and adorn.
06:08This is the expression of the Qur'an.
06:10The Qur'an has used the word Rishan.
06:12In the case of Adam.
06:14Rishan means decoration.
06:16The way clothes are a means of adornment for a person,
06:18In the same way,
06:20Husband and wife have to become a means of adornment for each other.
06:22That this is for them,
06:24And this is for them.
06:26When they become a means of beauty and adornment for each other,
06:28Then both will be safe.
06:30And the system will be able to move forward.
06:32Absolutely right.
06:34There are some questions in the audio.
06:36Please play the audio.
06:38My name is Salman.
06:40And my question is,
06:42Is it forbidden to hunt with the intention of recreation?
06:44Hunting with the intention of recreation.
06:46Not for eating and drinking.
06:48Let's hunt.
06:50Is this right?
06:52Fundamentally,
06:54The law does not prohibit recreation.
06:56If you are going for swimming,
06:58If you are going to the seaside,
07:00Even if you are going to the jungles,
07:02There is no problem.
07:04When a person wants to have fun through it,
07:06There is no problem.
07:08If the purpose of a person is to walk on the land,
07:10And see what happened to those who rejected.
07:12This is also a lesson.
07:14Which a person gets.
07:16Then there is hunting.
07:18If the hunt is of halal meat.
07:20And the purpose is to get meat through it.
07:22Then there is no problem.
07:24Then there is no problem.
07:26That a person is traveling for his food needs.
07:28Then there is hunting.
07:30This term has been used in a fiqh.
07:32The purpose of the hunt was nothing else.
07:34We are going and we will kill the animals.
07:36This was not liked.
07:38In fact, many jurists have called it haram.
07:40Some have said,
07:42Even if it is not haram,
07:44But it was not liked.
07:46Then those who have talked about its permissibility,
07:48They have said that during this journey,
07:50He will not get that permission.
07:52Because it is considered to be Qasr.
07:54Like the prayers of Zohr, Asr and Isha.
07:56It becomes two rakat with its conditions.
07:58Then it will not be two rakat prayer.
08:00Because there is an objection in it.
08:02In some way or the other.
08:04More or less.
08:06He said that the prayers of Zohr, Asr and Isha.
08:08He will give four rakat.
08:10This is a brief answer.
08:12What is the rest of the details?
08:14The rest of the details are the same.
08:16There is a difference in the matter of Qasr.
08:18Our jurists say,
08:20If a person has been given permission,
08:22If a person is traveling legally,
08:24Even if he goes out to rob,
08:26He will also get Sharih Riyayat.
08:28Sharih Riyayat is a separate thing.
08:30And it has a separate Qasr.
08:32This is in Fiqh-e-Jafari.
08:34We have to do Qasr only.
08:36Regarding travel,
08:38There are some different opinions about fasting.
08:40If you are traveling,
08:42You can't fast even if you want to.
08:44If it is fulfilled in the definition of travel.
08:46Of course, the arguments are in their place.
08:48On the other hand,
08:50If a person is traveling,
08:52In the case of fulfilling the conditions of travel,
08:54He will do Qasr.
08:56Bottom line.
08:58Zohr, Asr and Isha will be two rakat.
09:00He will not do Qasr.
09:02He will not fast.
09:04And then he will do Qadha.
09:06I think there is authority here.
09:08We argue with this.
09:10It is better for you to fast.
09:12The patient is mentioned in the back.
09:14And then Allah himself is saying.
09:16But in Hadith-e-Mubaraka,
09:18It is also to be left.
09:20It is also to be kept.
09:22The result is that
09:24There is authority in it.
09:26No matter how comfortable the journey is.
09:28Whether you want to keep it or leave it.
09:30No matter how difficult the journey is.
09:32Even if you want to keep it with difficulty.
09:34Even if you want to leave it.
09:36It is clear that Mufti Sahab will give me permission.
09:38The definition of the word Khair.
09:40There is a difference in interpretation.
09:42With whom is it being compared?
09:44It is a debate.
09:46With whom is it being compared?
09:48It is a debate.
09:50Whatever we are talking here.
09:52We are asking a juridical issue.
09:54Whoever has a juridical issue.
09:56There is a logic and argument behind it.
09:58If we start discussing on this platform.
10:00There will be no time.
10:02And you will not understand me.
10:04The sentence you said in the beginning.
10:06I wanted to clarify it.
10:08There is less time.
10:10We have never done a competition.
10:12I was saying the right thing.
10:14We don't even have dialogues.
10:16It is very dangerous.
10:18Here it is very good.
10:20How is the competition?
10:22He is our elder brother.
10:24He gifted you the books.
10:26He gifted me too.
10:28I myself asked him to give me a book.
10:30I will study it too.
10:32This is an incident in front of me.
10:34He gave me a book.
10:36Dr. Daud said give me a book too.
10:38There is very little time.
10:40It is a matter of morality.
10:42Drugs, intoxication, alcohol.
10:44These were the issues.
10:46Now it has gone to the next level.
10:48School children.
10:50Supply chain.
10:52In Karachi.
10:54After taking the drugs.
10:56The children are in such a state.
10:58How does a 14 year old's heart burn?
11:00He burns the next one.
11:02He burns the car too.
11:04If you can say something on this.
11:06It is a detailed topic.
11:08The Prophet said.
11:10Everything that gives intoxication is Haram.
11:12Which makes our senses false.
11:14And then we do immoral things.
11:16These kinds of matters.
11:18Either the intoxication is breaking.
11:20Or they are in a severe state of intoxication.
11:22The mind does not work completely.
11:24And such matters happen.
11:26The respect of girls is not safe.
11:28First they make them addicted to drugs.
11:30And then they are not able to complete the intoxication.
11:32They do not get money from home.
11:34They sell their respect.
11:36You said a sentence.
11:38If the SHO of the area wants.
11:40Then even a bird cannot fly.
11:42This is the work of the state.
11:44To stop these things.
11:46I am not saying.
11:48God forbid they are involved in this.
11:50But I am saying.
11:52Sometimes it is not good to keep an eye on it.
11:54And understand.
11:56The child who is doing this.
11:58He is my own child.
12:00So maybe you feel pain.
12:02And finish these things.
12:04You are all citizens.
12:06And you will be questioned.
12:08If you see.
12:10The state.
12:12They have a responsibility.
12:14What kind of things are they doing with their citizens.
12:16If something is imported from somewhere.
12:18It is not falling from the sky.
12:20There is a route.
12:22In which people are involved.
12:24What is being provided for those people.
12:26In the same way the parents.
12:28They are satisfied with their children's money.
12:30Because it is a matter of rural areas.
12:32In many areas.
12:34They have spent money.
12:36They have fulfilled their responsibility.
12:38It will be a new thing.
12:40Schools, colleges, universities.
12:42That is the place where parents.
12:44With this trust.
12:46If something is left with us.
12:48We are not so educated.
12:50Those who go from home.
12:52Will become better in school.
12:54Those who go to college.
12:56Will become educated.
12:58There is a whole supply system.
13:00We remember.
13:02Teachers used to do this.
13:04They used to take care of their students.
13:06They used to keep an eye on them.
13:08To keep an eye on them.
13:10It was enough to keep the children in control.
13:12There was no need to pick up a stick.
13:14But the things that are happening now.
13:16There is a need for overhauling.
13:18Absolutely right.
13:20Everyone should play their part in this.
13:22The child who was caught.
13:24He said.
13:26I used to save 50 to 55 lakhs a month.
13:28By selling heroin.
13:30The biggest man is not earning 50 to 55 lakhs.
13:32There are many problems in this.
13:34We will discuss further.
13:36Thank you very much.
13:38We will come again after the break.
