00:43President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. says that the flaw in the design of the Cabagan-Santa Maria

00:47Bridge in Isabela, along with overloaded trucks passing through, caused part of the bridge

00:52to collapse.

00:53The ending of this design flaw, it is a design flaw, the design is wrong.

01:03Marcos points out that the bridge was meant to be a suspension bridge, but it doesn't

01:07have cables for support.

01:09Marcos says the original project cost was Php 1.8 billion, but it was reduced to less

01:14than Php 1 billion to save money.

01:17When asked who should be held responsible for the damage, the president blames those

01:20in charge of the bridge's design.

01:23He adds that overloaded trucks should not have been allowed to cross the bridge.

01:27Marcos also says a more detailed design is being worked on, and the entire bridge will

01:32need to be retrofitted again.

01:36Bodies of two pilots are recovered on Mount Kalatungan in Bukidnon from a crashed Philippine

01:41Air Force jet late Wednesday, March 5.

01:44Army's 403rd Infantry Brigade Commander, Colonel Antonio Duluan Jr., says the pilots' bodies

01:50and black body bags were taken to Cagayan de Oro just before midnight Wednesday.

01:55The Philippine National Police's Community Affairs and Development Office in Northern

01:59Mindanao identified the pilots as Major Jude Salangoy and First Lieutenant A.J.

02:04Dadula.

02:05Dadula was from the village of Alay in Manola Fortitch Town, Bukidnon, the same province

02:09where he died.

02:11He was also only two weeks away from marrying another military pilot when tragedy struck.

02:16Weeks before the crash, Dadula and his fiancée, First Lieutenant Alyssa Colleen Colombino,

02:22had their pre-wedding photo and video shoot in Zambales.

02:25Their photos and videos showed a glimpse of the happy future they planned, which tragically

02:30ended during Tuesday's mission.

02:32Alyssa posts on Facebook about her loss.

02:44Senatorial aspirants Kiko Pangilinan and Bam Aquino talk about their disadvantage versus

02:49candidates backed by big campaign funds and political machinery.

02:53In a press conference in Iloilo City on Thursday, March 6, former Senator Bam Aquino cites the

02:58experience of the Lenny Robredo-Kiko Pangilinan campaign in 2022.

03:10The tandem won in Iloilo despite the far more extensive resources of their rivals.

04:06Prime Minister Justin Trudeau hit U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday, March 4, accusing

04:11him of wanting to ruin the Canadian economy.

04:14The United States launched a trade war against Canada.

04:20In retaliation, Trudeau announced 25% tariffs on

04:3930 billion Canadian dollars' worth of U.S. imports and could target another 125 billion

04:45Canadian dollars' worth in 21 days.

05:15But on March 6, after a flurry of calls from car manufacturers, U.S. President Donald Trump

05:20says they will exempt automakers from his 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico for one month

05:26as long as they follow existing free trade rules.

05:29However, Trump made it clear that he is not ending his trade war with Canada and Mexico

05:34as he pressures both countries to stop fentanyl smuggling.

05:37This, despite a phone call with Trudeau where he had supposedly told the outgoing Canada's

05:42PM his efforts were not good enough.

05:45U.S. tariffs could hurt Canada's early economic recovery and possibly cause a recession.

05:51Canada depends on the U.S. for 75% of its exports and a third of its imports, making

05:56it vulnerable to a long trade war.

05:59Beanie's Aya attended another PBA game between Rainershine and TNT at Arenetta Coliseum on

06:06Wednesday, March 5.

06:08This amid rumors of a romantic relationship with Rainershine player Stalin Tiongson.

06:13This also marks Aya's second known appearance in the PBA, with her presence in Game 2 on

06:18February 28 sparking rumors linking her to Tiongson.

06:22In an interview with OneSports, Tiongson says he met Aya through a mutual friend and that

06:26they both attend the same church.
