00:08Dizon also ensured that the backlog, license plates of motorcycles and vehicles are under his jurisdiction.

00:26This was a strong reminder by Department of Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon to the LTO officials

00:32at their first quarter regional directors conference.

00:37Secretary Dizon also gave the message to the heart of every official that President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. gave this message.

00:46His true service of serving the people and making the service better for the people.

00:53Secretary Dizon also reminded that it is easy to forget the principle of service to the power and authority held by some officials.

01:01That is why he emphasized that there are many things that need to be fixed and changed in the LTO,

01:05including the Department of Transportation itself.

01:08One of the priorities of the LTO is the long backlog in the license plates of motorcycles and vehicles.

01:14In times of new technology, Secretary Dizon emphasized that there is no reason

01:19for the issue of license plates of motorcycles and vehicles.

01:23With the current leadership of the LTO, Secretary Dizon assured that they will help with the reforms

01:29to fully resolve this problem within the term of President R. Marquez Jr.
